A door lock assembly includes a housing having a hollow structure, a lifting shaft provided inside the housing, a driving spring, and a buffering device. A top end of the lifting shaft is configured for assembling a refueling or charging port flap, the lifting shaft being slidably engaged with the housing along a first portion and threadably engaged with the housing along a second portion. One end of the driving spring is fixed and the other end abuts against the lifting shaft for driving the lifting shaft to move relative to the housing. The buffering device provides a buffering function in the when the lifting shaft is threadably engaged with the housing.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INFERRING FUEL VAPOR CANISTER LOADING RATE

Methods and systems are provided for indicating a restriction in a fuel system vapor recovery line. Responsive to such an indication, methods and systems are provided for taking mitigating actions such that an entirety of a vehicle fuel system and evaporative emissions system, including a fuel filler system, may be diagnosed as to a presence or absence of undesired evaporative emissions, even with the restriction in the vapor recovery line present. In this way, undesired evaporative emissions may be reduced or avoided, completion rates for such tests may be increased, and customer satisfaction may be improved.

FILLING SYSTEM ON A MOTOR VEHICLE, HAVING AT LEAST TWO STORAGE TANKS FOR LIQUID OR GASEOUS OPERATING MATERIALS
20170341509 · 2017-11-30 ·

The invention relates to a filling system on a motor vehicle, having at least two storage tanks for liquid or gaseous operating materials, comprising a tank closure cover which closes an opening in the body of the motor vehicle and can be brought from a first position that closes the opening into a second position that releases the opening, wherein at least two filling openings of the storage tanks are arranged below the tank closure cover, which are concealed in the first position of the tank closure cover; a filler trough that forms an enclosure of the filling opening, wherein the filler trough closes the opening in the body of the motor vehicle on the vehicle side and is fixed to the body of the motor vehicle; and at least one filler head, wherein the filling openings are formed as a part of the filler head, the filler head defining at least two mouth-hole necks which are combined to form a common component and are integrally connected to each other, each mouth-hole neck forming a filling opening for another storage tank.

Sealing unit, tank unit and motor vehicle

The present disclosure pertains to a sealing unit such a fuel tank cap for a tank unit of a motor vehicle. The sealing unit includes a cover element that can be arranged on or at least partially in an opening of a tank component of the motor vehicle such that it seals the opening of the tank component in an at least fluid-tight fashion. An actuator is arranged on an outer side of the cover element that faces away from the opening. In a non-actuated, normal position rests, flat against the outer side of the cover element. The actuator can be transferred into a gripping position, in which it at least partially extends oblique or transverse to the outer side of the cover element.

Automatic opening and closing device for fuel inlet of vehicle

An automatic opening and closing device for a fuel inlet of a vehicle may include a cap cover mounted at the fuel inlet of the vehicle, a fuel cap pivotably mounted at the cap cover and configured to selectively open or close the fuel inlet by being pivoted inside the fuel inlet, and a fuel cap operating mechanism mounted in the fuel inlet and configured, when the fuel door is closed, to pivot the fuel cap by being pressed by the fuel door to close the fuel inlet, and, when the fuel door is opened, pivot the fuel cap to open the fuel inlet according to release of pressing by the fuel door.
