Fuel cell vehicle
A fuel cell vehicle includes a travel prohibition control unit. In the case where a lid sensor detects an open state of a lid, the travel prohibition control unit performs travel prohibition control to prohibit travel of the fuel cell vehicle. In the case where the number of shift control operations has reached a release number within release time, the travel prohibition control unit releases the travel prohibition control, and in the case where the number of shift control operations has not reached the release number within the release time, the travel prohibition control unit continues the travel prohibition control. The release number is two or more.
Fuel tank cap locking device
A fuel tank cap locking device includes: a cap configured to open and close a fuel filler port; an operation unit; an engagement unit movable in conjunction with the operation unit; and a lock unit configured to lock movement of the engagement unit from the engagement position to the allowable position. The lock unit includes a lock member that is movable between an interference position where the lock member interferes with an interfered portion formed at a predetermined position of the engagement unit and locks, and a non-interference position where the lock member does not interfere with the interfered portion and the lock is released when the engagement unit moves from the engagement position to the allowable position by the swing operation of the operation unit.
FLAP WITH INDICATOR MEANS
A flap for a motor vehicle is disclosed which has a side with an actuating region for manually unlocking the flap. An indicator is provided for optically indicating the actuating region on the flap.
Lock of a motor vehicle lid with position sensor
A lock of a motor vehicle lid has a box and a cover, a locking pin provided with a head that protrudes from the cover to engage with a housing of a lid in order to close the lid. The locking pin is internally empty and has a through axial channel. A central pin is mounted with the possibility of sliding in an axial direction in the through axial channel of the locking pin. A spring is disposed between the box and the central pin to push the central pin and the locking pin to the extracted position. Detection is provided in the box to detect when the central pin is in retracted position or in extracted position.
FUEL DOOR OPENER
A fuel door opener may include a main body coupled in a fuel door housing, and disposed to face a hinge of a fuel door rotatably coupled at one side of the fuel door housing, a locking rod which is disposed to be movable between a locking position where the fuel door is locked and an unlocking position where the fuel door is unlocked in accordance with opened and closed states of the fuel door, and an opening detection switch disposed in the main body adjacent to the locking rod, and detecting the opened and closed states of the fuel door by selectively coming into contact with the locking rod as the locking rod is positioned at the unlocking position.
Vehicle security system
A vehicle security system may be automatically activated when a vehicle (e.g., car or truck) is temporarily stopped. Specifically, if a car is stopped at a gas station or other type of temporary stop (e.g., where a car would not be fully closed and locked) the vehicle security system may engage (e.g., based on opening of a gas cap cover). The vehicle security system monitors for theft of contents from inside a vehicle in a temporary stopped state. Sensors monitor if a passerby reaches into an open (or partially open) window to grab a parcel, handbag, phone, etc. from inside the vehicle. In a temporary stop condition, a vehicle may not be fully locked to engage a standard anti-theft security system. If a driver's attention is diverted away from the vehicle during the temporary stopped condition a quick and quiet theft scenario (e.g., a reach and grab) may be attempted.
Audio and Visual Fuel Door Alarm
An audio and visual fuel door alarm for a vehicle fuel door comprises a sensor that is operationally coupled to the fuel door of a vehicle. A relay is operationally coupled to the sensor. A speaker and a light are operationally coupled to the relay. The sensor is configured to be activated upon opening of the fuel door of the vehicle. The relay is positioned to activate the speaker and the light should the ignition switch of the vehicle be engaged. The driver is provided an audio warning from the speaker and a visual warning from the light if the fuel door of the vehicle is in an open position when the vehicle is running.
VEHICLE DOOR ASSEMBLY
A door assembly that includes a pocket having a biasing bore configured to accommodate a biasing member; a bezel attached to the pocket; and a door having a cam and at least one axle. The bezel has at least one axle slot. The at least one axle is received into the at least one axle slot and the biasing member is configured to apply an urging force onto the cam.
Reservoir tank cap closure indicators
A reservoir cap closure indicator coupled to a cap comprises a body configured to move between a first position and a second position. An indicator coupled to the body indicates a position of the reservoir cap closure indicator as the body moves between the first position and the second position.
COVERING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE AND ACTUATOR
A covering device (100) for a vehicle, includes: a cover (10); a drive element (40a, 40b) formed to enable a movement of the cover, wherein the drive element brings about a force which acts on the cover. The covering device has a force-limitation apparatus (30a, 30b) which limits the force brought about by the drive element to a limit force so that the covering device is protected in the event of an overload acting on the covering device and/or a user is protected when using the covering device. An actuator (200) has a drive apparatus (210) with a drive element (211); an output drive element (290); and a force-decoupling apparatus (230). The force-decoupling apparatus is formed so that it at least temporarily does not output a force taken up by the drive element or at least temporarily outputs it in a delayed manner to the output drive element.
