Process for developing fuel systems
An apparatus and a method are provided for a compressed natural gas fuel system configured to replace a motor vehicle's fuel system comprising a storage assembly comprising an enclosure, wherein the enclosure contains a plurality of tanks configured to contain compressed natural gas; and a chassis disposed within the enclosure and configured to retain the plurality of tanks, wherein the storage assembly is configured to be mounted to the roof of a motor vehicle.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a vehicle body; a traveling device that supports the vehicle body; a drive that drives the traveling device; and a cabin that accommodates an operator seat. The drive has a drive motor that drives the traveling device; a fuel cell that supplies electric power to the drive motor; a controller that controls power supply from the fuel cell to the drive motor; and a hydrogen tank that supplies a hydrogen gas for fuel to the fuel cell. The hydrogen tank is disposed in an upper portion of an internal space of the cabin.
ELECTRIC REFUSE VEHICLE POWER MANAGEMENT
A refuse vehicle includes a vehicle chassis and an all-electric vehicle body on the chassis. The body includes a hopper, a refuse storage container, and a plurality of electrically powered body systems. The body systems include an electrically actuated tailgate, an electrically actuated refuse loading assembly, and an electrically actuated refuse packing assembly configured to remove refuse from the hopper and to pack said refuse in the storage container. The vehicle (e.g., vehicle body) further includes a power management module configured to regulate energy usage of the body systems and/or to record and track electrical energy usage in the body systems.
FLUID CONTAINER
Disclosed herein is a fluid container for a vehicle, the fluid container having at least one passageway which extends therethrough between opposing faces of the fluid container, the at least one passageway being configured to be attachably mounted on the vehicle and wherein the or each passageway internal to the fluid container is configured to inhibit movement of the fluid contained therein.
ARBEITSMASCHINE
The present invention relates to a work machine, in particular a wheeled loader, having a cabin for the operator of the work machine and having an engine room arranged behind the cabin, wherein the work machine has a drive that is operable with hydrogen; and in that one or more tanks for the reception of hydrogen are present, with the tank or tanks being arranged in a hydrogen fuel system behind the cabin and above the engine room.
ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE FOR VICINITY INFORMATION DETECTION SENSOR
An arrangement structure for a vicinity information detection sensor, the arrangement structure comprising: a vicinity information detection sensor provided on a roof of a fuel cell bus; and an obstruction portion provided between the vicinity information detection sensor and a hydrogen tank disposed on the roof, the obstruction portion obstructing the hydrogen tank from coming into contact with the vicinity information detection sensor.
VEHICLE FLUID HANDLING SYSTEMS
A fluid system for a vehicle is provided. The fluid system is configured to couple to a chassis of the vehicle. A frame assembly of the fluid system is configured to couple with the chassis directly or with another component that is coupled, directly or indirectly, with the chassis. A cowling of the fluid system can enclose a fuel pressure vessel and an auxiliary fluid vessel. The auxiliary fluid vessel is configured to be placed in fluid communication with the component powered or operated by the fluid therein.
Integrated fill system and method
An integrated fill system is provided for a vehicle. The integrated fill system can include a receptacle, a cap that mates with the receptacle, and a fill line that is in fluid communication between the receptacle and a container. The integrated fill system can further include a valve between an opening on an end of the container and an end of the fill line to allow one-way fluid communication for entry of compressed material into the container. The integrated fill system can further include a draw line on an opposite end of the container to maintain separate lines for filling and drawing compressed material into/from the container.
MACHINE
The present invention relates to a machine, in particular wheel loader, with a cabin for the operator of the machine and with an engine compartment arranged behind the cabin, wherein the machine has a drive, which is operable using hydrogen or using energy obtained from hydrogen and wherein one or more tanks are present for receiving hydrogen, wherein the tank or tanks is/are arranged between the cabin and the rear of the machine in a hydrogen fuel system.
UTV fuel tank with storage
A UTV spare fuel tank is provided. The spare fuel tank includes a main body and a lid coupled to the main body. The main body may include a storage compartment and a fueling compartment accessible by opening the lid. The spare fuel tank include a fuel reservoir formed between an outer wall and an inner wall of the main body. The outer wall forms the outer dimension of the main body and the inner wall forms the storage compartment and the fueling compartment. The spare fuel tank may also include brackets and lift members coupled to the main body and extending below a bottom surface of the main body to lift the main body off of a storage shelf to form a gap between the bottom surface and the storage shelf.
