VEHICLE SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A second bracket of a vehicle seat reclining device includes a first pawl restriction portion and a second pawl restriction portion arranged respectively in correspondence with a first pawl and a second pawl to restrict movement of the first pawl and the second pawl in the radial direction. The second pawl restriction portion is located toward the positive direction and a radially inner side from the first pawl restriction portion. Negative direction ends of the first pawl restriction portion and the second pawl restriction portion are arranged to contact positive direction corners of the limitation portions of the first pawl and the second pawl when a rotation angle of the second bracket relative to the first bracket is a specified angle. The first pawl restriction portion allows movement of the second pawl toward the radially outer side.
Clutch unit for vehicle
A clutch unit used for a vehicle seat includes an input side clutch configured such that one member of an input side inner ring member and an input side outer ring member rotates with a rotation of an operation lever, and the other member is rotated via an input side transmission member, so that a rotation of the operation lever is transmitted to an output side clutch. A rotation suppressing member configured to apply a rotational resistance force greater than a force for the co-rotating is provided between the other member and a member that does not rotate during a return operation of the operation lever, so as to suppress co-rotation of the other member by the one member during the return operation to the neutral position.
Adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat
An adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat for adjusting an inclination of a backrest of the vehicle seat may have a first fitting part connectable to a seat substructure of the vehicle seat. The fitting may also have a second fitting part pivotable about an axis relative to the first fitting part and connectable to the backrest of the vehicle seat. The first fitting part and the second fitting part may be constituent parts both of a gearing unit of the adjustment fitting and of a locking unit of the adjustment fitting.
Motor vehicle seat locking device
A motor vehicle seat locking device, in particular a rear seat backrest locking device, equipped with a retaining bracket that is connected to a vehicle body and can move relative thereto, and with a catch, seat-mounted, for the retaining bracket. According to the invention, the retaining bracket is connected to a rocker that can pivot with respect to a vehicle body-mounted base, about an axis that is at a distance from the bracket.
SEAT BACKREST INERTIAL LOCKING SYSTEM
A seat backrest inertial locking system configured to lock a seat backrest in place upon rapid acceleration or deceleration of a vehicle. The locking system includes an inertial mass located on an actuation ring, the inertial mass configured to cause rotation of the actuation ring when a rapid acceleration or deceleration is experienced. Rotation of the actuation ring causes longitudinal movement of a locking member into a receiving slot disposed on a truss of the seat backrest, thereby locking the seat backrest in place.
SEAT RECLINER FOR VEHICLE
A seat recliner for a vehicle is provided and includes: a first plate; a second plate coupled with the first plate to define an inner space; a locking gear provided in the inner space, and provided with external teeth engaged with the first plate or the second plate; a locking cam configured to move the locking gear; an input member configured such that a first end thereof passes through the first plate and is coupled with a center of a locking cam to transmit torque thereto, and a second end thereof is exposed outside the first plate; and an elastic member wound around an outer circumferential surface of the second end of the input member, and configured such that a first end thereof is stopped by the input member, and a second end is stopped by an outer side of the first plate, thereby providing a restoring force.
RECLINING MECHANISM OF SEAT
A reclining mechanism of a seat is provided that includes a fixed flange, a mobile flange, and locking parts being placed on first guide seats of guide seats on a first side of the fixed flange to be slidable inwardly and outwardly between the guide protrusions. Each locking part includes a locking gear on an outer end and is configured to engage with the internal gear of the mobile flange when sliding outwardly, thereby inhibiting relative rotation between the mobile flange and the fixed flange. The reclining mechanism further includes a locking cam rotatably provided at a center of the fixed flange and sub-parts provided on second guide seats of the guide seats on the first side of the fixed flange to be slidable inwardly and outwardly between the guide protrusions, each of the sub-parts being divided into a first part and a second part by a slit.
Control mechanism for lock pawl
A control mechanism for a lock pawl comprises an electric motor mounted in a housing that is connected with the seat backrest and has an output shaft with a worm gear engaging with the spur gearing of a transmission gear rotary-mounted on a transmission pivot and having on its frontal surface an eccentric selector pivot for controlling the pawl of the lock, swing-mounted on a pawl pivot between a blocking position, in which the pawl blocks a rotary ratchet of the lock from releasing a catch eye connected with the car bodywork, and an unlocking position, in which the pawl releases the rotary ratchet to release the catch eye, the pawl having a radial selector arm, which in the blocking position of the pawl interferes with the circular trajectory of the selector pivot to enable the selector pivot to engage with the selector arm, whereas the pawl has a radial control arm.
Child safety seat
A child safety seat includes a seat portion, a backrest assembly connected with the seat portion and including a first and a second portion slidably connected with each other and a third portion slidably connected with the second portion, and a backrest adjusting system carried with the backrest assembly and configured to provide a first stage of height adjustment where the first and second portions are locked with each other and the third portion is movable relative to the first and second portions for adjustment, and a second stage of height adjustment where the second portion is locked with the third portion and unlocked from the first portion so that the second portion and the third portion are movable in unison relative to the first portion for adjustment.
Recliner heart for seat recliner assembly
A recliner heart includes first, second and third locking plates and a pawl. The first locking plate defines a recess. The second locking plate includes a first inner diametrical surface having first teeth formed thereon. The third locking plate is disposed between the first and second locking plates and includes a second inner diametrical surface and an outer diametrical surface. The second inner diametrical surface has a notch formed therein. The outer diametrical surface has second teeth formed thereon. Some of the second teeth are meshingly engaged with some of the first teeth. The pawl is slidably disposed in the recess between a secure position in which the pawl is engaged with the notch of the third locking plate and a release position in which the pawl is disengaged from the notch of the third locking plate.
