DEVICE FOR RECLINING SEATBACK FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a device for reclining a seatback for a vehicle, which may allow a separate actuator to be driven by a switching signal of a lever switch when a user operates the lever switch with only a small force such that a cable connected to a latch for locking or unlocking a recliner may be pulled in an unlock direction of the recliner, thereby implementing the reclining operation for adjusting an angle of the seatback in a semiautomatic manner.
RECLINING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SEAT
Disclosed herein is a reclining device for a vehicle seat, which includes a plate holder, a sector tooth rotatably inserted into the plate holder, a pawl tooth engaged with the sector tooth, an operating cam to move the pawl tooth by rotation thereof to fix the sector tooth, a guide bush press-coupled to the operating cam and having a sealing protrusion to support a cam spring, a hollow operation shaft to rotate the operating cam, and the cam spring to restore the operating cam rotated by the operation shaft. Thus, it is possible to prevent a solution for an electrodeposition from infiltrating into the reclining device, to secure a space in which the cam spring is smoothly operated, and to contribute to a reduction in weight by use of the hollow shaft.
VEHICLE SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A second bracket of a vehicle seat reclining device includes a first pawl restriction portion and a second pawl restriction portion arranged respectively in correspondence with a first pawl and a second pawl to restrict movement of the first pawl and the second pawl in the radial direction. The second pawl restriction portion is located toward the positive direction and a radially inner side from the first pawl restriction portion. Negative direction ends of the first pawl restriction portion and the second pawl restriction portion are arranged to contact positive direction corners of the limitation portions of the first pawl and the second pawl when a rotation angle of the second bracket relative to the first bracket is a specified angle. The first pawl restriction portion allows movement of the second pawl toward the radially outer side.
VEHICLE SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A vehicle seat reclining device includes a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable, a plurality of pawls that are supported by a pair of guide walls provided on the guide, mesh with the ratchet, and are arranged in the relative rotation direction and restrict relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide, and a cam that moves the pawls outward. One of the pawls is a main pawl having a rattle preventing structure. The main pawl includes a bulging portion configured to abut against the pressing portion. Each of the pawls other than the main pawl do not have a bulging portion corresponding to the bulging portion of the main pawl.
Adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat
An adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat for adjusting an inclination of a backrest of the vehicle seat may have a first fitting part connectable to a seat substructure of the vehicle seat. The fitting may also have a second fitting part pivotable about an axis relative to the first fitting part and connectable to the backrest of the vehicle seat. The first fitting part and the second fitting part may be constituent parts both of a gearing unit of the adjustment fitting and of a locking unit of the adjustment fitting.
Method Of Welding Vehicle Recliner Mechanisms
A method of laser welding a recliner assembly includes positioning a first component of a vehicle seat recliner mechanism with respect to a second component of the vehicle seat recliner mechanism. The method further includes retaining a position of the first component and the second component. Retaining includes forming a plurality of tack welds between the first component and the second component. The method further includes fixing the first component to the second component. Fixing includes forming a finishing weld between the first component and the second component by laser welding the first component to the second component.
VEHICLE SEAT WITH DIFFERENTLY SIZED SWIVEL FITTINGS
A vehicle seat comprises a seat part and a backrest, which are pivotally connected to each other via at least two swivel fittings, and the swivel fittings each have toothing rolling off on each other and are different in size.

Vehicle Seat Recliner Mechanism With Welded Spring
A recliner mechanism for a vehicle seat may include a guide plate, a locking plate, a pawl, an actuator hub, and a coil spring. The guide plate includes a recess and a projection. The locking plate includes a surface having teeth formed thereon. The pawl is movable in the recess between a secure position in which the pawl is engaged with the teeth of the locking plate to restrict relative rotation between the guide plate and the locking plate and a release position in which the pawl is disengaged from the teeth of the locking plate to allow relative rotation between the guide plate and the locking plate. Rotation of the actuator hub causes corresponding movement of the pawl between the secure position and the release position. The coil spring includes a first end engaging the actuator hub and a second end that hooks the projection of the guide plate.
Seat reclining mechanism with protective cover
A seat reclining mechanism has a protective device at the shell. The shell has an inner cover and an outer cover with a support plate set therein. The upper part of the shell has a gap for accommodating the rotation of an arm of a rotating plate extends out of the gap. A fence plate cooperates with the arm to keep the gap closed.
