Seat structure
A seat structure 6 for mounting to the load space 3 of an automobile 1 includes a seat cushion 9 which, in use, may be positioned to extend out an opening to the load space to provide a seat for a person outside the automobile. The structure is particularly intended to provide a seat to the rear of an estate car, SUV or other automobile fitted with tailgate 4. The seat structure may be removably mountable to the load space of an automobile. The seat structure may comprise mounting assemblies 8 arranged to mount the structure to points at opposite sides of the load space of an automobile. A divider assembly 7 may be pivotally mounted to the mounting assemblies 8 for movement between upright and flat positions. The seat cushion 9 may be movably mounted to the divider assembly for movement between storage and deployed positions.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat that can suppress damage to an on-board object is provided. In each side frame of a cushion frame, an eccentric portion is eccentric outward in a right-left direction with respect to a base portion, and in each side frame of a back frame, an eccentric portion is eccentric inward in the right-left direction with respect to a base portion. Thus, when the load at the time of rear collision acts, each side frame of the cushion frame easily becomes deformed outward in the right-left direction, and each side frame of the back frame easily becomes deformed inward in the right-left direction. Accordingly, the deformation direction of each side frame of the cushion frame and the deformation direction of each side frame of the back frame can be easily made opposite to each other, and the deformations of the respective side frames and can be inhibited.
Barrier-free auxiliary riding device
This application discloses a barrier-free auxiliary riding device including a supporting frame rod disposed in a vacant area, a backrest assembly and a handrail assembly. The supporting frame rod is fixedly disposed in a carriage located on one side of the vacant area, the backrest assembly is disposed on the supporting frame rod, the handrail assembly includes a mounting base and a guard bar. According to this application, the position, directly facing the passenger get-off door, of the carriage is set as the vacant area to facilitate the riding of disabled passengers, meanwhile, the handrail assembly is disposed in the vacant area to protect the disabled passengers, and the backrest assembly is disposed for the disabled passengers to lean against, so that the riding safety of the disabled passengers is guaranteed.
VEHICLE SEAT, IN PARTICULAR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat (1) is transferable from at least one use position either into an entry position or into a floor position. A seat cushion (3) and a backrest (5) are coupled by a carrier (20) to a base (10), providing kinematics (30, 40, 41, 42, 50, 53, 54) to move the carrier (20) between the use position and the entry position of the vehicle seat (1). A link (80) is coupled rotatably at one end to the seat cushion (3) and at the other end to the base (10). The seat cushion (3) is mounted on the carrier (20) by a turning and sliding joint (16, 26). At least one degree of freedom of the turning and sliding joint (16, 26) is lockable by a locking device (90). A drive, a spring, assists the transfer of the seat cushion (3) from the use position into the floor position.
MULTI-PIVOT SEAT BASE ASSEMBLY
A multi-pivot seat base assembly includes a first pivot assembly mountable to a floor, a proximate arm having a proximate end mounted to the first pivot assembly and a distal end mounted to a second pivot assembly, a distal arm having a proximate end mounted to the second pivot assembly; the distal arm including a distal end provided with a third pivot assembly defining a seat receiving element. First and second pivot locking assemblies are provided to lock the first, second and the third pivot assemblies, respectively.
