A backrest configured to translate with respect to the guideway in a vertical direction, extending away from a floor of the vehicle, from a first position to a second position, and a cushion pan including a top surface and pivotally coupled to at least one of the backrest and the guide member, the cushion pan configured to pivot from a use position, in which the top surface is arranged to support an occupant seated in the seat, and a non-use position.

For instance, a seat folding mechanism comprises a first mounting bracket, rotatably attached to a base at a first end of the first mounting bracket, a first end of a connecting rod attached at a second end of the first mounting bracket, opposite the first end of the first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, parallel to the first mounting bracket, rotatably attached to the base at a first end of the second mounting bracket, wherein the connecting rod is attached at a second end of the connecting rod to a second end of the second mounting bracket, opposite the first end of the second mounting bracket, a first link arm, rotatably attached at a first end of the first link arm to the first mounting bracket, adjacent to the second end of the first mounting bracket, a first slider, slidably attached to the base, wherein a second end of the first link arm, opposite the first end of the first link arm, is rotatably attached to the first slider, a second link arm, rotatably attached at a first end of the second link arm to the second mounting bracket, adjacent to the second end of the second mounting bracket, and a second slider, slidably attached to the base, wherein a second end of the second link arm, opposite the first end of the second link arm, is rotatably attached to the second slider, whereby sliding of the first slider and the second slider causes the connecting rod to move in height direction.
REMOVABLE COMPONENT SYSTEM
A removable component system may include a vehicle, a plurality of removable components, one or more sensor assemblies, and/or an electronic control unit that may be connected to the one or more sensors. A method of operating the removable component system may include moving, via the electronic control unit, a first removable component of the plurality of removable components relative to a mounting surface of the vehicle, detecting a new removable component or removal of a second removable component of the plurality of removable components while moving the first removable component, and/or modifying the movement of the first removable component according to the detected new removable component and/or the removal of the second removable component.

For instance, a seat folding mechanism comprises a first mounting bracket, rotatably attached to a base at a first end of the first mounting bracket, a first end of a connecting rod attached at a second end of the first mounting bracket, opposite the first end of the first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, parallel to the first mounting bracket, rotatably attached to the base at a first end of the second mounting bracket, wherein the connecting rod is attached at a second end of the connecting rod to a second end of the second mounting bracket, opposite the first end of the second mounting bracket, a first link arm, rotatably attached at a first end of the first link arm to the first mounting bracket, adjacent to the second end of the first mounting bracket, a first slider, slidably attached to the base, wherein a second end of the first link arm, opposite the first end of the first link arm, is rotatably attached to the first slider, a second link arm, rotatably attached at a first end of the second link arm to the second mounting bracket, adjacent to the second end of the second mounting bracket, and a second slider, slidably attached to the base, wherein a second end of the second link arm, opposite the first end of the second link arm, is rotatably attached to the second slider, whereby sliding of the first slider and the second slider causes the connecting rod to move in height direction.
Truck Bed Enclosure
The truck bed enclosure is an apparatus that provides a comfortable and secure environment within a truck. The apparatus includes a first bed cover, a second bed cover, a first side rack, a second rack, and a truck bed. The first bed cover and the second bed cover uphold the first side rack the second side rack, respectively, as well as open and close the truck bed. The first side rack and the second side rack serve as a rack to secure and uphold various items while in a retracted configuration. The first side rack and the second side rack also serve as a bench while in an extended configuration. The first bed cover and second bed cover also include a first window and second window. The truck bed upholds the first bed cover, the second bed cover, a variety of items, and individuals.

Further, when the auxiliary seat is accommodated in the lower portion of the main seat, the auxiliary seat is moved forward so that a foot insertion space is secured to a rear side of the auxiliary seat in a state in which the auxiliary seat is accommodated in the lower portion of the main seat such that ease of access of a passenger sitting on a rear seat can be improved.
