The auxiliary tractor seat includes a mounting plate defining one or more mounting holes, configured to receive an auxiliary tractor seat bolt, so as to couple the auxiliary tractor seat to tractor seat. A base plate is coupled to the mounting plate so as to provide a substantially flat seating surface. A lower seat back coupled to at least one of the mounting plate and the base plate, an upper seat back at least partially disposed above the lower seat back, and a hinge coupled to the lower seat back and the upper seat back so as to permit the upper seat back to transition from an upright position to a horizontal position. The auxiliary tractor seat is coupled to the tractor seat such that suspension supports the auxiliary seat and provides shock absorption.

UTILITY VEHICLE

A utility vehicle includes a chassis and a work implement movably coupled to the chassis. An operator support is positioned within an operator cab. The operator support includes a seat and a backrest coupled to the seat. A position of the operator support is selectively adjustable relative to the chassis. The utility vehicle further includes a control system in communication with the operator support. The control system includes a sensor operable to sense a position of the work implement relative to the chassis, and a controller including a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a signal from the sensor representative of the position of the work implement. The controller is further configured to generate a signal to automatically adjust the position of the operator support relative to the chassis based in part on the position of the work implement relative to the chassis.

Horizontal instrument, a supporting device and a method for adjusting the bearing surface of the supporting device to be horizontal

The present invention provides a horizontal instrument, a supporting device and a method for adjusting the bearing surface of the supporting device to be horizontal. The horizontal instrument in the present invention is used for maintaining a bearing surface parallel to a horizontal plane, wherein the horizontal instrument comprises a slide-swing assembly, and a monitoring assembly, when the monitoring assembly detects that the bearing surface is not parallel to the horizontal plane, the controller instructs the driving unit to drive the slider to slide, which leads the lower end of the swinging rod to slide, and then drives the swinging rod to swing, thereby, the upper end of the swinging rod drives the bearing surface to rotate for an angle so that the bearing surface is maintained parallel to the horizontal plane.

Universal automatic self-leveling mechanism for motorized chair seats
11337523 · 2022-05-24 ·

An electro-mechanical automatic self-leveling device is provided for use on motorized chair seats. The device may include a pendulum assembly consisting of neodymium magnets attached to an inertia-dampened pendulum and a printed circuit board (PCB) with a hall effect sensor and processing circuitry that will develop proportional correction signals to be amplified by a high-current bi-directional motor driver. This configuration is assembled in a case attached to the motorized chair seat via a mounting bracket and clamping knob, and a cable from the device connects to the chair's seat tilt motor and power supply. Various switches may be included to reset the device in case of overheating and to switch between automatic and manual leveling. In alternative embodiments, the auto-leveling mechanism may be integrated into the motorized chair seat design rather than a separate device that can be attached to the chair seat after-market and independent of the chair's controller.
