An apparatus for changing positions of a seat for vehicles includes mechanisms for adjusting the height of the seat for vehicles, adjusting reclining of the seat for vehicles, changing the seat for vehicles into a knee rest posture and changing the seat for vehicles into a relaxed comfort are integrated into one structure. Accordingly, a user selectively implements adjustment of the height of the seat for vehicles, adjustment of reclining of the seat for vehicles, change into the knee rest posture, and change into the relaxed comfort posture, etc., through operation of the switch.

A legrest for an aircraft passenger seat, comprising a device, wherein: the device has a housing; the housing has a first and a second housing half; the two housing halves are pivotally connected to one another; the housing is designed such that a life jacket for an aircraft passenger can be stowed therein; the device is provided on a main structure of the legrest; the first housing half is spring-loaded with respect to the second housing half by the spring force of a spring device of the device, such that the first housing half can be moved from an open position relative to the second housing half towards a closed position relative to the second housing half.

A seamless leg rest device for automobile seats comprises a middle fixing bracket, side fixing brackets, link assemblies, a rotary driving assembly, a support plate and a telescopic assembly, wherein a front side of the support plate is covered with a foamed cover assembly, a lower end of the foamed cover assembly stretches across the support plate and is then bent backwards, and a tail end of a bent section of the foamed cover assembly is tensioned on the link assemblies through a telescopic return member. Both the angle and the length of a leg rest can be adjusted, and seams are avoided when the leg rest is adjusted.
Aircraft passenger seat with in-flight rocking motion
An aircraft passenger seat construction capable of in-flight rocking motion and berthing, wherein rocking motion and berthing are mutually exclusive features. The seat construction includes a fixed frame including spaced frame members each having a support surface to be rocked on, a rocking frame including a seat pan and spaced rockers, the spaced rockers positioned to rock on the support surfaces, guides carried on the spaced rockers engaged to travel within guide slots of the spaced frame members, a backrest pivotally attached to the rocking frame, and a leg rest pivotally attached to the rocking frame. The rocking frame may rock back-and-forth in-flight or may be locked at any given position based on passenger preference. The seat construction is compatible with or without other seat adjustment mechanisms such as tracking, swivel, lie-flat and recline adjustment mechanisms.

The conveyance seat is a seat including a cushion lock apparatus turnably coupling a seat cushion to a seat back and configured switchable between a seatable state and a housing state. The cushion lock apparatus includes a lock member attached to a seat cushion side, a lock target member attached to a seat back side and engaging with the lock member to lock turning motion of the seat cushion, and a position holding member holding at least one of the positions of the lock member and the lock target member to hold a state in which a clearance is, in the seatable state, formed between an engagement portion provided at the lock member and an engagement target portion provided at the lock target member.
