SLIDE RAIL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In a slide rail device for use in a vehicle, a lock control member comprises a pair of facing walls which face a pair of side walls of an upper rail and extend in upward and downward direction, and a pair of anti-rattle projections which project from the pair of facing walls toward the pair of side walls of the upper rail.
VEHICLE SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A vehicle seat reclining device includes a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable, a plurality of pawls that are supported by a pair of guide walls provided on the guide, mesh with the ratchet, and are arranged in the relative rotation direction and restrict relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide, and a cam that moves the pawls outward. One of the pawls is a main pawl having a rattle preventing structure. The main pawl includes a bulging portion configured to abut against the pressing portion. Each of the pawls other than the main pawl do not have a bulging portion corresponding to the bulging portion of the main pawl.
Motor vehicle lock
A motor vehicle lock in a fitted state interacts with a striker. The motor vehicle lock includes an adjustable catch and an adjustable locking pawl. The catch is adjustable into a main locking state and into an opening state, and the locking pawl is adjustable into an entry state, and into a lifted state. The motor vehicle lock includes a tensioning mechanism. When the catch is in the main locking state and the locking pawl is in the entry state, the tensioning mechanism can be brought into a tensioned state in which the tensioning mechanism introduces a mechanical preload into the catch in its opening direction. The tensioning mechanism can be brought into a relaxed state, in which the preload originating from the tensioning mechanism is reduced or cancelled.
STEPLESS BRAKE DEVICE OF VEHICLE SEAT
The present disclosure relates to a stepless brake device of a vehicle seat. The coupling piece formed on the plate cover disposed on the outermost rear surface is caulked and coupled to the housing cover disposed on the outermost front side. Therefore, the components are firmly coupled, and no axial gap occurs between the components. Also, tolerance accumulation of the components does not occur, so that the tilt of the roller is reduced, and thus, collision noise of the roller during the release operation is prevented.
Adjustment device for a vehicle seat as well as a vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to an adjustment device for a vehicle seat comprising adjusters adjustable in relation to one another, where on the first adjuster a toothed rack with an interlocking is hinged, and on the second adjuster a pinion is pivoted, the interlocking engaging with the pinion for adjusting the toothed rack and for moving the two adjusters in relation to one another, where, further, a toothed rack blocking element is affixed to the second adjuster, and the toothed rack, when adjusted, runs between the toothed rack blocking element and the pinion.
RECLINING DEVICE AND SEAT
In the present invention, a gap 73 is formed between an axial-direction outer end portion of an internal gear 30 and an attachment ring 70, and the gap 73 is filled with a lubricant 74. This configuration makes the rotation of the internal gear 30 relative to the attachment ring 70 smoother and also can reduce the generation of abnormal sound. Further, the thickness of second lock plates 60B, 60D between which and an inner surface of a guide bracket 20 rolling balls 65 are not interposed is equal to or more than the distance between the inner surface of the guide bracket 20 and outer surfaces of first lock plates 60A, 60C, between which the rolling balls 65 are interposed, and preferably substantially equal to the distance. This reduces the precession of the first lock plates 60A, 60C and makes it possible for a load input in an axial direction to be mainly received by the second lock plates 60B, 60D.
Reduced-impact-and-recoil headrest
A reduced-impact-and-recoil headrest that includes a ratchet mechanism, allowing components to incrementally translate with respect to each other. The reduced-impact-and-recoil headrest includes an exterior housing surface that is deformable, providing cushioning for a vehicle occupant's head. The headrest also includes an interior compartment within the housing, with the ratchet mechanism disposed within the interior compartment. The headrest is configured to decrease the force of a collision experienced by the occupant, thereby decreasing the likelihood and severity of traumatic brain injuries resulting from the occupant's head striking a stationary headrest. Instead, the reduced-impact-and-recoil headrest is configured to incrementally move with the occupant's head, providing an incremental cushion for the occupant's head. The ratchet mechanism also prevents the reduced-impact-and-recoil headrest from automatically translating back to its pre-impact position, thereby decreasing the occupant's risk of ligament tear and whiplash.
Height-adjustable and longitudinally adjustable headrest
A height-adjustable headrest may have a base support element and a supporting element. The supporting element may be arranged in the base support element. The supporting element may be guidable in a longitudinally displaceable manner in an X direction. In order to form a guide, the basic supporting element may have a number of openings and the supporting element may have a number of guide parts. A shape of the number of openings may correspond to a shape of the number of guide parts.
SELF-BIASING RECLINER CROSS-TALK TUBE COUPLER
A coupler for coupling a cross-talk tube of a vehicle seat with a shaft of a dual recliner assembly. The coupler comprises a generally cylindrical body extending axially between an inboard end and an outboard end. The inboard end includes an inboard aperture having an inboard planar surface. The outboard end includes an outboard aperture having an outboard planar surface. The inboard planar surface and the outboard planar surface transition from an axially offset position to an axially aligned position when the coupler is installed with the cross-talk tube and the shaft of the dual recliner assembly.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat capable of exhibiting both performances of regulating an input of a load and reducing vibration is provided. One aspect of the present disclosure is a vehicle seat including a coupling structure coupling a first member and a second member. The coupling structure includes a bolt inserted through the first member and the second member, an auxiliary member arranged so as to hold the first member between the auxiliary member and the second member in an axial direction of the bolt, a first elastic element arranged between the first member and the second member in the axial direction, the first elastic element being in contact with the first member and the second member, and a second elastic element arranged between the first member and the auxiliary member in the axial direction, the second elastic element being in contact with the first member and the auxiliary member.
