LIFT GATE WITH INDUCTIVE COUPLING PLATFORM
Systems, devices, and methods for an inductive coupling platform system comprising: an inductive coupling lift gate platform comprising: a first segment; a second segment; at least one primary inductive coupling component disposed in at least a portion of the first segment; and at least one receiver inductive coupling component disposed in at least a portion of the second segment; where inductive contact is provided between the at least one primary inductive coupling component and the at least one receiver inductive coupling component in an unfolded position; and where power or data is transmitted via the inductive contact between the at least one primary inductive coupling component and the at least one receiver inductive coupling component in the unfolded position.
DOCK LOCK ACCESS DOOR FOR LIFT GATE
A liftgate load system for use with a vehicle, which includes deck sections that are movable between an in use position where the deck sections form a horizontal platform to a stowed position where the deck sections are folded a vertical arrangement. The liftgate load system also includes an adapter on the platform that is provided with a door that is movable between a closed position and an open position and backing plate that is configured to be engaged by a dock lock hook of a loading dock to limit movement of the lift system away from the loading dock. The door is configured to move from the cover position to the open position as the load platform moves from the use position to the stowed position.
Mounting system for vehicle accessibility apparatus
A mounting system for securing a base plate of an access device within a vehicle includes a plurality of lateral clamping beams configured for attachment to a tracked floor in an orientation in which each of the plurality of lateral clamping beams lies across a plurality of tracks in the tracked floor. The plurality of lateral clamping beams includes a front lateral clamping beam adapted to overlie a front edge of the base plate, and a rear lateral clamping beam adapted to overlie a rear edge of the base plate.
TRI-FOLD LIFTGATE
A liftgate in accordance with the present disclosure includes a lift mechanism and a moveable load platform. The load platform includes a proximal deck section, a distal deck section, and a center deck section positioned between the proximal deck section and the distal deck section. The load platform is selectively vertically movable between a lowered position and a raised position. The proximal deck section, center deck section, and distal deck section are pivotally coupled to one another such that the load platform is selectively moveable between an extended-operational position, wherein all of the deck sections are located substantially coplanar with one another for supporting cargo, and a retracted-stored position wherein the deck sections are folded with respect to one another and are located substantially parallel and adjacent to one another.
TRAFFIC CONE DISPENSING AND RETRIEVING APPARATUS
An apparatus for dispensing cones onto a surface and for retrieving cones from the surface includes a cone transfer device having a tower with a platform moveable to and from a lower transfer position for dispensing cones onto the surface and for retrieving cones from the surface. The platform is movable in a vertical direction between the lower transfer position and an upper transfer position for receiving a stack of cones from a storage area and for returning a stack of cones to the storage area. The tower includes a device for holding one or more cones in an elevated position and for releasing cones onto and receiving cones from the platform in the elevated position. The apparatus may include a lamp transfer device for attaching a lamp unit to a cone when the cone is dispensed and for removing the lamp unit from the cone when the cone is retrieved. The apparatus may include a cone washing device for washing a cone when the cone is retrieved and/or when the cone is dispensed.
Tri-fold tuck under liftgate
TRI-FOLD TUCK UNDER LIFTGATE
LIFT GATE AND MOUNTING SYSTEM
A mounting system for mounting a lift gate on a structure is provided, the lift gate having a lift platform supported between a pair of spaced support columns. The mounting system comprises a first mounting member configured for attachment onto said structure, wherein the first mounting member includes a support protrusion for engaging an opening in a wall of a corresponding lift gate support column. The mounting system further comprises a second mounting member configured for attachment onto said structure, wherein the second mounting member includes a support protrusion for engaging an opening in a wall of a corresponding lift gate support column. When the mounting members are attached to the structure and the corresponding lift gate support columns are mounted on the support protrusions, the mounting members support the lift gate on the structure.
Lift system with removable cart
A lift assembly for a vehicle is described. The lift assembly can includes a hitch assembly for removable attachment to the vehicle, and first and second support members rotatably secured to the hitch assembly. As a lifting mechanism mounted to the hitch assembly provides a lifting force to one of the support members, the platform assembly can be raised from a lowered position to a raised position. The lift assembly can be removably engaged with a cart.
HITCH MOUNTED CARGO LIFTING DEVICE
A hitch mounted cargo lifting device for lifting large objects onto a cargo bed of a vehicle to which it is attached includes a discrete hitch attachment, pivot member, and cradle member. One side of the pivot member is fixedly attached to the cradle member, and the other is hingedly attached to the hitch attachment. This allows the pivot member and cradle attachment to be moved between a loading position in which the cradle attachment is adjacent to a ground surface, and an unloading position in which the cradle attachment is adjacent to and aligned with the vehicle's cargo bed. In some embodiments, a motor driven reeled wire is provided to supply the force to move the pivot member and cradle attachment between the unloading and loading positions. Conventional cargo straps may be used to secure the cargo to the cradle.
