DEPLOYABLE RACK FOR LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF FLAT GLASS
A deployable rack platform for loading and transportation of flat glass comprising a system allowing the rack platform to turn from a horizontal position, being totally flat, to a different position featuring diverse opening angles within a vehicle chassis. Particularly, a deployable rack for loading and transportation of flat glass wherein the rack platform achieves a horizontal position within a maximum period of 5 minutes, enabling the platform to take advantage up to 100% of the original surface of the platform initial position (e.g., before loading flat glass) wherein the process does not require the transportation of flat sheets or where the proceed needs to be loaded with different goods, merchandise, or raw materials. The rack platform comprises a highly versatile system for different types of transportation by optimizing space and savings, since the platform supports a load up to 20 tons.
Glass transport trailer
A trailer for carrying plate glass has an elongated deck and an elongated rigid beam that extends above the deck. The beam supports plate glass transported by the trailer. The deck and the beam may be made from aluminum.
Rack lifter system and method
A rack and lifter system and method is described. The system includes a rack having at least a first engagement opening, and a lifter having at least a first engagement member and at least a first vertical extension member, wherein in use the at least a first engagement member interlocks with the at least a first engagement opening of the rack, and the at least a first vertical extension member extends to lift the interlocked lifter and rack, wherein the at least a first vertical extension member includes means for movement. The lifter may include a guiding-and-lifting member which lifts the lifter and guides the lifter into an interior space of the rack. The lifter may include a towing machine connection member which connects the lifter to a towing machine which positions the lifter within the rack and tows the connected lifter and rack.
SOLAR TABLE MOBILE TRANSPORT
A solar table mobile transport is described that moves a solar table to a point of installation. The solar table mobile transport comprises multiple motors that allow movement within a three-dimensional coordinate system as well as provide angular controls of pitch, yaw and roll. These motors enable at least one alignment process used to install the solar table to a mounting structure within a solar system.
Rotatable Trailer Bed
A rotatable trailer bed includes a frame, a trailer bed, a turntable swivel assembly, and a plurality of swivel casters. The frame includes a bed section, a hitch section, and two wheel sets. The hitch section is adjacently connected a front end of the bed section. The two wheel sets is rotatably mounted to the bed section. The plurality of swivel casters is mounted to the bed section is perimetrically positioned around the bed section. The trailer bed is rotatably mounted to the bed section through the turntable swivel assembly as the plurality of swivel casters maintain the balance and level of the trailer bed.
GLASS TRANSPORT TRAILER
A trailer for carrying plate glass has an elongated deck and an elongated rigid beam that extends above the deck. The beam supports plate glass transported by the trailer. The deck and the beam may be made from aluminum.
SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE FOR HANDLING GLASS-SHEET SUPPORTING RACKS
A self-propelled vehicle for handling glass-sheet supporting racks of the type comprising: a front rack-supporting chassis provided with a substantially U-shaped rigid oblong frame having two longitudinal beams that extend horizontally and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, on opposite sides of the vehicle midplane, and that delimit a large central slit or compartment open at the front and dimensioned to accommodate a glass-sheet supporting rack; a rear tractor unit which is firmly connected to the front rack-supporting chassis via mechanical means allowing the rack-supporting chassis to move vertically with respect to the tractor unit; a lifting apparatus Adapted to vary, on command, the height from the ground of the rigid oblong frame of the rack-supporting chassis; and an electronic vehicle-load detecting apparatus which is adapted to detect the geometric and/or structural features of the glass-sheet supporting rack during insertion into the central slit or compartment of the rack-supporting chassis.
SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE FOR HANDLING GLASS-SHEET SUPPORTING RACKS
A self-propelled vehicle for handling glass-sheet supporting racks of the type comprising a front rack-supporting section and a rear drive section, both provided with ground-resting wheels; the front rack-supporting section comprising: an oblong chassis which is movable vertically with respect to the rear drive section, and is provided with two longitudinal beams that extend parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis and delimit a large central compartment open at the front and adapted to accommodate a glass-sheet supporting rack; at least one pair of front ground-resting wheels that are located underneath said longitudinal beams; at least one optoelectronic sensing device which is adapted to control/scan the space in front of/facing the vehicle; and a support assembly which is integral with the oblong chassis, holds the optoelectronic sensing device, and is capable of moving said optoelectronic sensing device vertically relative to the oblong chassis.
STORAGE DEVICE FOR STORING GLASS PANES, PREFERABLY LAMINATED GLASS PANES OR TEMPERED GLASS PANES
A storage device, in particular a harp rack, for storing planar elements, preferably glass sheets, preferably laminated glass sheets or single-pane safety glass sheets.
