The invention relates to a transport vehicle designed preferably for producing a mixture of waste lubricating oils/fuel oil (ALR/FO), mounted preferably on a chassis and comprising at least one metal tank. The metal tank is divided internally into at least two compartments having respective wave-breaks, wherein each compartment comprises a pump system, a plurality of lines for recharging products, at least one quick-filling system for respective FO and ALR compartments, at least one manual traditional filling system, and the vehicle comprises at least one logical control system having at least one actuating panel, at least one actuating reel for the actuation of at least one hose, and at least one static mixer for the ALR/FO mixture having an overpressure safety system, wherein said safety system includes a recirculation system to the ALR compartment, a plurality of double-acting vent valves, at least one man access, at least one battery, a plurality of filters for the suction of recycled oils and at least two filters for direct supply to manufacturing equipment. A liquid tank including an internal network of cells. The cells are configured such that in use, movement of liquid between adjacent cells of the network of cells is prevented or retarded such that under conditions of liquid movement within the tank, kinetic energy transferred from the liquid to the tank wall is reduced as compared with the case where no cells are present. The tank is useful in the context of road tankers, for example, and can lessen the chance or completely prevent the vehicle from overturning on a corner due to shifting of the liquid load carried.

A tank for transporting a liquid is disclosed. A trailer that includes a tank with an enclosed interior space configured to hold fluid. The trailer can include a chassis that supports the tank and wheels for moving to desired locations. The tank can include planar opposing sides with rounded corners. One or more baffles can be located within the interior space. The baffles restrict the movement of the fluid within the interior space while the trailer is being moved between locations. This restriction reduces the forces that the moving fluid exerts on the tank which could cause damage to the tank that could result in leaks and failure.

A tank trailer configured to lower an overall center of gravity. The trailer includes a tank, a wheel assembly, an upper body height and a trailer length. The tank includes a cavity contained within a lower body, an upper body, a transitioning body, a front end and a rear end when the cavity within the trailer is filled with a liquid fluid, the liquid fluid is evenly distributed along the trailer length of the trailer since a diameter of the lower body, the upper body and the transitioning body are equal. A tank trailer for transporting cargo material includes a tank, and the tank includes a wall portion that defines a longitudinal axis of the tank and an internal chamber adapted to carry the cargo material. The wall portion includes a first sidewall, and the first sidewall includes a first cross-sectional radius of curvature that tapers proceeding in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. The wall portion further includes a second sidewall and a third wall. The third wall is coupled to the first sidewall and the second sidewall, and the third wall includes a second cross-sectional radius of curvature that is substantially uniform proceeding in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis.

A medially stabilized surge suppressor has longitudinal members joined together at opposite ends of the members and a medial disk supporting the members. The longitudinal members are fastened to the medial disks by tabs that pass through elongate slots located in the longitudinal members.
