Vehicle mounted enclosure
The present invention provides an enclosure mounted to the top of a vehicle for camping or spending time outdoors. The enclosure generally has a roof that slides from a closed, packed position on top of the vehicle for transport to an open deployed position cantilevered off the back or side of the vehicle. The sliding roof contains a shelter that drops down to create a space next to the vehicle protected from the elements but with access into the vehicle.
Telescoping vehicular awning apparatus with enhanced durability and storage ability
A retractable awning apparatus for use with a vehicle with enhanced durability and storage ability is secured to an existing vehicle's roof rack. The awning apparatus includes a plurality of telescoping arms coupled to the roof rack, each telescoping arm having an outer tubular member coupled to the roof rack and an inner tubular member slidably mounted to the outer tubular member, each inner tubular member designed to slidably adjust to an extended position into a side area of the vehicle or a retracted position within the outer tubular member, a support bar coupled to exposed ends of the inner tubular members of the telescoping arms, and a canopy detachably coupled to the support bar, vehicle's roof rack and at least one of the telescoping arms when in the extended position, thereby securing the canopy in place over the side area of the vehicle.
Partially collapsible glamping and living unit
A partially collapsible dwelling unit which has a non-collapsible central compartment, two foldable side decks, and two foldable side compartments and includes kitchen, bathroom, living, and sleeping facilities. The collapsible unit can be transported to and/or deployed in any location and can be used for glamping, or for emergency or temporary living purposes.
Retractable canopy assemblies and pickup trucks having the same
A canopy assembly includes a truck bed and a pair of retractable canopies. The truck bed includes a floor and a pair of spaced apart sidewalls. Each of the pair of sidewalls includes an exterior wall, an opposite interior wall, and an elongated cavity positioned between the exterior wall and the interior wall of each of the pair of sidewalls. The pair of retractable canopies are movable between a stored and use positions. In the stored position, each of the retractable canopies are positioned within the elongated cavity defined in each of the pair of sidewalls. In the use position, each of the pair of retractable canopies are positioned to extended at least partially outside of the elongated cavity of each of the pair of sidewalls and extend beyond the exterior wall of the sidewalls in a vehicle lateral direction.
Truck bed camper
A truck bed camper having an upper unit that does not extend over the cab of the pickup truck when the camper open or closed, a rigid aluminum lid that is attached to side panels of the upper unit and rotatably attached to a rear side panel of the upper unit and that forms a bed platform when open, a pneumatic gas spring with one end rotatably attached to a side panel and one end attached to the lid, a solar panel that is rotatably mounted to the upper surface of the lid, a foldable tent supported by a collapsible frame and positioned over the side panels and the lid when the lid is in an open position, a tent erector tool that is removably and rotatably inserted into a strut upper receiver mounted on the lid, and a lower unit that is configured to contain freshwater and blackwater tanks.
Tent for Vehicle and Vehicle including the same
The present invention provides a tent for a vehicle, the tent comprising: a body frame connected to the vehicle and defining an interior space; at least one door introducing the interior space, the door comprising: a door frame; a first board located on one side of the door frame, and a second board located on the other side of the door frame, and wherein the first and the second board are connected to each other via a connecting member over one edge of the door frame, and wherein the first board comprises a first subboard, a second subboard, and a first tent cloth connecting between the first and the second subboard along the edge of the first and the second subboard.
ROOF STRUCTURE WITH A BELLOW
A roof construction for a motor vehicle, including a displaceable roof element which is displaceable between a retracted out-of-use position and an extended use position, wherein the roof element in its extended use position is in a spaced-apart position relative to a body of the vehicle. Arranged on the roof element is a folding bellows which, when the roof element is in the use position, assumes an opened state and bridges a gap between the roof element and the body, and which, when the roof element is in the out-of-use position, assumes a compressed state collapsed in folds. The folding bellows has a layer structure with at least two different layers.
PIVOTABLE CAB BACK ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE AND CAB BACK ASSEMBLY PIVOTING METHOD
A vehicle assembly includes, among other things, a cab back assembly having a first panel and a second panel. The first panel is pivotably coupled to a cab of a vehicle. The second panel is pivotably coupled to the first panel. A method of configuring a cab back includes selectively pivoting a first panel of a cab back assembly relative to a cab of a vehicle. The first panel is pivotably coupled to a cab of the vehicle and is configured to pivot relative to the cab about a first axis. The method further includes selectively pivoting a second panel of the cab back assembly relative to the first panel. The second panel is pivotably coupled to the first panel and is configured to pivot relative to the first panel about a second axis that is spaced from the first axis.
Vehicle Rooftop Platform Mounting Systems With Leveling Systems
A vehicle rooftop platform mounting system includes a platform adjuster device that is configured to mount to a vehicle. The platform adjuster device includes a ball joint that rotatably connects a corner of a support platform to the platform adjuster device to adjust an angle of the corner of the support platform relative to a roof of the vehicle.
Expandable shelter assembly
An expandable shelter assembly that includes a covering hinge coupled to an expandable frame and a base hinge coupled to the expanding frame opposite the covering. The expandable frame is a hollow quadrilateral structure that includes a plurality of sides. The expandable frame includes a collapsed state and a deployed state. When collapsed, the expandable frame is collapsed and the cover is positioned proximate to the base. When deployed, the expandable frame is expanded and the cover is positioned distal to the base. Each side of the expandable frame is insulated, collapsible; includes a first panel hinge coupled to a second panel; and folds inward when the expandable frame is in the collapsed state. The covering and the base are each complementary in shape compared to the expandable frame. The covering is a rigid structure that partially encloses the expandable frame. The base is a hollow and rigid frame.
