STEERING SHAFT TEMPORARY SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A steering shaft temporary support structure of a vehicle is connected by a yoke, and includes: a bulkhead that is mounted on surfaces of a dash panel and a housing inside the vehicle, surrounds an engine compartment, and is formed with an opening into which a steering shaft is inserted; and a dust cover that forms an insert passage of the steering shaft to correspond to the opening of the bulkhead, wherein the bulkhead includes a locking protrusion in which an end portion of the yoke is supported so as to not be separated in a downward direction.
SOUND INSULATION ELEMENT FOR THE FIREWALL OF A VEHICLE BODY AND SUPPORT ELEMENT FOR A SOUND INSULATION ELEMENT OF THIS TYPE
A sound insulation element for the wall of a vehicle body between the passenger compartment and the engine compartment has a front side facing the passenger compartment formed by the outer side of A plastic carrier layer, and a rear side which rests against the front wall formed by the outer side of a sound-absorbing layer. At least one holding-down projection projects from the plastic carrier layer at and/or offset from the edge of the hole of the carrier layer on the inner side of the plastic carrier layer facing away from the outer side of the plastic carrier layer facing the sound-absorbing layer, which is embedded in the sound-absorbing material of the sound-absorbing layer and whose free ends facing away from the plastic carrier layer are substantially aligned with the outer side of the sound-absorbing layer facing away from the plastic carrier layer.
Noise insulation element for the bulkhead of a vehicle body
A noise insulation element (14) for the bulkhead (12) of a vehicle body (10) is provided with a mass-spring element (20) which has a plastic support layer (22) as the heavy layer with a front side facing away from the bulkhead (12) when the mass-spring element (20) is installed and with a rear side facing towards the bulkhead (12), and a noise damping layer (24) made from a noise insulating material connected to the rear wall as the spring layer. The support layer (22) is provided on its rear side with an integrally designed hollow fixing projection (16) which is formed on an edge recess with a recess edge which recess is open towards an outer limiting edge section (28) of the support layer (22) and a side wall (30) projecting from the rear side of the support layer (22) and extending along the recess edge.
DOOR HOLE SEAL
Noise caused by vibration of a door hole seal is reduced. A door hole seal includes a first sheet having a slit formed therein and a second sheet covering the slit from an exterior side of a vehicle. At least a specific region of the second sheet is made of a rubber-like elastic body, the specific region extending from a portion corresponding to the slit to a vertically lower end of the second sheet.
BATTERY STORAGE DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A battery case of a battery storage device is disposed on a vehicle floor, thereby securing an interior space. A battery module of the battery storage device can be cooled by using an interior air, thereby simplifying a cooling structure and saving a manufacturing cost. In addition, the battery storage device for an electric vehicle blocks noise generated by a cooling device and an electrical component from flowing into the interior, thereby preventing the occurrence of a passenger's discomfort feeling caused by the noise.
GLAZING PANEL HAVING AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE CONNECTOR
A glazing panel comprising (i) a pane of glass, (ii) an antenna, (iii) an electrically conductive connector joined to the antenna by a solder material, and (iv) a coaxial cable joined to the electrically conductive connector. The electrically conductive connector is a flat connector comprising first and a second electrically conductive portions laminated between two films of a resilient material.
Vehicle acoustic dash panel seal and guide
An acoustic dash panel seal and assembly guide for a vehicle having a dash panel with a shaft aperture configured to receive a steering column shaft includes a guide portion having a converging wall that converges from a first end to an opposite second end, and a flange portion extending from the converging wall first end. The guide portion second end is configured to be disposed proximate to the dash panel shaft aperture, and the guide portion first end is configured to receive the steering column shaft therein during assembly of the vehicle. The converging wall is configured to guide the steering column shaft toward and through the guide portion second end to thereby guide the steering column shaft through the dash panel shaft aperture.
SOUND-ABSORBING AIR DUCT FOR VEHICLE CONTAINING POLYESTER FIBER WITH LOW MELTING POINT
A sound-absorbing air duct for a vehicle includes a lower non-woven fabric and an upper non-woven fabric sandwiching wires therebetween; and a film made of a polyester resin having a low melting point and disposed on the upper non-woven fabric, wherein each of the lower and upper non-woven fabrics includes a mixture between a first polyester fiber containing a polyester resin having a melting point higher than 250 C. and a second polyester fiber containing a polyester resin having a low melting point and having a softening point of 100 C. to 150 C., wherein the second polyester fiber includes a polyester resin having a low melting point composed of: an acid component including terephthalic acid or an ester-forming derivative thereof; and a diol component including 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 2-methyl-1,3-pentanediol, and ethylene glycol.
VEHICLE FLOOR SILENCER
A vehicle floor silencer includes at least one first wall, at least one second wall positioned opposite the first wall, and at least one floor extending between the at least one first wall and the at least one second wall. The at least one first wall, the at least one second wall, and the at least one floor combine to define a receptacle structured to open in an upward direction and to receive a wire harness therein after the floor silencer has been positioned on the floor of the vehicle.
Integral type dust cover with bearings
The present invention provides a dust cover which is provided between an engine room and the driver's seat such that, when a steering shaft provided under a steering wheel of a vehicle is installed passing through a vehicle frame, the steering shaft passes through the dust cover. The dust cover is characterized by comprising: a pair of bearings coupled to the steering shaft; a pair of bearing races provided to surround outer circumferential surfaces of the bearings; a ring-shaped fixing cap forcibly inserted into the bearing races through both sides of an opening by interference fitting, thereby fixing the bearings; and an integrally formed seal part having through-holes to which the bearing races are coupled.
