Electronic board, in-vehicle electric motor and electric pump
An electronic board includes a board, and includes on the board: a power input part inputting power output from an in-vehicle power supply; a drive circuit driving a drive source; a controller controlling driving of the drive source performed by the drive circuit; and a drive command signal input part inputting a drive command signal transmitted from outside. The electronic board further includes on the board: a drive command signal detection circuit capable of detecting the drive command signal, and controlling whether to supply the power input to the power input part to the controller based on whether the drive command signal is detected.
INTEGRATED MODULAR OVERHEAD CONSOLE SYSTEM
One or more embodiments described herein relate to a modular multifunctional system for a vehicle, and more specifically, to a versatile sensor system integrated into a modular overhead console. Multiple systems and functions are consolidated into particular overhead units to allow for increase space inside a vehicle, decreased design restrictions, and the use of a single type of modular overhead console in multiple vehicle types and models.
Consolidated Electronics Packaging
A housing for a consolidated electronics unit of a vehicle includes side walls mountable to vehicle rails of the vehicle, a bottom wall coupled to the side walls, and a cover removably coupleable to the side walls and configured to form a portion of an interior surface of a vehicle cabin of the vehicle. The cover, the side walls, and the bottom wall form a cavity configured to enclose control units that are in electronic communication with feature units disposed throughout the vehicle.
RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE, RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE
A resin molded article has an internal space. The resin molded article includes: a ventilation passage defined to allow the internal space to communicate with an outside of the resin molded article. The ventilation passage includes: a first ventilation passage extending from the internal space in a predetermined direction so as to include a bottom portion; and a second ventilation passage extending from the outside in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction. The first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage communicate with each other by allowing the bottom portion to communicate with the bifurcated portions provided at an end portion of the second ventilation passage. A portion where the first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage communicate with each other is narrowest in the ventilation passage.
Bracket and holding structure of electrical junction box
A bracket configured to hold an electrical junction box includes a plate-shaped back surface portion configured to abut on a back surface of the electrical junction box, and a plurality of holding portions which are erected from the back surface portion along an assembly direction of the electrical junction box. The plurality of holding portions are configured to hold at least two positions on side surfaces of the electrical junction box so as to sandwich the electrical junction box in a direction intersecting the side surfaces. The plurality of holding portions are configured to have a first inclination relative to the assembly direction before assembly of the electrical junction box, and have a second inclination which is smaller than the first inclination relative to the assembly direction after the assembly of the electrical junction box.
ELECTRIC POWER DEVICE
An electric power device includes a power control unit that is fixed to an upper portion of an automatic transmission case, with a gap interposed between the power control unit and the automatic transmission case, and a battery that is connected to the power control unit by a first wire extending rearward in a vehicle front-rear direction from the power control unit.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box includes a case body on which a first opening and a second opening are formed, a first cover configured to be fixed to the case body such that the first cover covers the first opening, and a second cover configured to be fixed to the case body such that the second cover covers the second opening. The second cover is fixed to the case body by a first rotation fulcrum engaging part and an inter-cover engaging part. The first rotation fulcrum engaging part includes an engaging protrusion formed on one end of the case body, and an engaging frame formed on one end of the second cover and configured to be engaged with the engaging protrusion. The inter-cover engaging part includes a lock arm formed on another end of the second cover, and a lock arm receiving part formed on the first cover.
UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTION DETECTING DEVICE
An unauthorized connection detecting device to detect an unauthorized device connection at a connection part at which an electronic control unit mounted on a vehicle and an input and output unit are connected to each other is provided. The unauthorized connection detecting device includes a pair of connectors having one connector mounted on the electronic control unit and another connector mounted on the input and output unit, the pair of connectors being to be attached to each other, a protrusion or a conductor pattern formed on the another connector, a switch unit arranged on the one connector and to detect the protrusion or a conductor connection detecting unit arranged on the one connector and to be electrically connected to the conductor pattern, and an unauthorized connection identification unit to detect an unauthorized connection based on a state detected by the switch unit or the conductor connection detecting unit.
Electronic unit with vent integrated with terminal aperture
A circuit assembly for mounting on a vehicle assembly is provided. The circuit assembly may be a mountable sensor assembly. The assembly may include a housing with a cavity that houses a circuit, for example a sensor circuit. The circuit may be sealed in the cavity of the housing by epoxy. The housing may include a connector recess with terminals extending into the connector recess. The terminals may provide an electrical connection to the circuit. The housing may have openings between the cavity and the connector recess through which the terminals extend. One or more of the openings may have a cross sectional profile larger than the cross sectional profile of the terminal such that a passage is formed between the cavity and the recess after the terminal is inserted through the opening.
SMART NOSE BOX
A smart nose box is provided that includes both a housing portion and a lid portion. The housing portion includes monitoring circuits for monitoring the health of lamps in a towable asset. The lid portion includes a battery, a GPS receiver, and a telematics transceiver.
