The first floor panel includes a first outboard region, a first inboard region, and a first underside surface. The first outboard region is configured to be coupled to a base of the vehicle. The first floor panel is configured to pivot in a first rotational direction from a first closed position to a first open position. The second floor panel includes a second outboard region, a second inboard region, and a second underside surface. The second outboard region is configured to be coupled to the base. The second floor panel is configured to pivot in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction from a second closed position to a second open position.
VEHICLE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
A display assembly for a vehicle, the assembly including: a trim element; a display device; and a rotational actuator for the display device. The display device is movable in rotation relative to the trim element according to a first axis of rotation between a rest position and at least a first inclined position. The display device is movable in rotation relative to the trim element according to a second axis of rotation, distinct from the first axis of rotation, between the rest position and at least a second inclined position. The rotational actuator is configured to move the display device between the rest position and the first inclined position and vice versa, or between the rest position and the second inclined position and vice versa.
ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF VEHICULAR MODULE TO CEILING OF VEHICLE CABIN
An attachment structure of a vehicular module to a ceiling of a vehicle cabin of a vehicle includes a design member. The design member is configured to attach, to the ceiling, the module including an in-cabin sensor configured to perform detection in the vehicle cabin, and includes a securing portion configured to be secured to a vehicle-body ceiling member of the vehicle or an interior ceiling member disposed on a vehicle cabin side of the vehicle-body ceiling member, a downward protrusion protruding downward from the securing portion, and a design constituent extending from the downward protrusion and covering the securing portion. In an accommodating space defined between the downward protrusion and the design constituent, the in-cabin sensor is supported by the design member in such a manner that, above the accommodating space, a gap is left between the in-cabin sensor and the vehicle-body ceiling member or the interior ceiling member.
Modular display assembly and vehicle interior part having a modular display assembly
A modular display assembly that can easily be installed in a vehicle interior part. The modular display assembly includes a carrier panel having an outer frame and a recessed display region, a display panel situated in the recessed display region of the carrier panel, a diffuser layer that at least partially covers the recessed display region at a location spaced from the display panel to thereby create an optical transmission layer between the display panel and the diffuser layer, and a surface panel that at least partially covers the diffuser layer. The surface panel at least partially rests against the outer frame of the carrier panel.
TRUNK STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
A trunk structure for a vehicle improves retainment performance of goods to a vehicle body in a cargo net, and improves flexibility of the layout of a trunk board. The trunk structure includes a trunk board, a hook member attached to the trunk board to which a cargo net covering goods can be locked, an interior member which constitutes an inside surface of a trunk, and an engaged portion of the interior member which the hook member can engage, the engaged portion restraining movement of the trunk board in an up-down direction when the engaged portion is engaged with the hook member. The hook member is switchable between an engaged state where the hook member engages the engaged portion and a non-engaged state where the engagement is released, and retains the engaged state by locking the cargo net to the hook member.
Roof Module for Forming a Vehicle Roof Having a Displaceable Cleaning Nozzle
A roof module for forming a vehicle roof having a panel component whose external surface at least partially forms a roof skin of the vehicle roof, the roof skin functioning as an outer sealing surface of the roof module, the roof module having at least one module component, the roof module having a drive kinematic unit which is configured to displace the at least one module component from a retracted position to an extended position in which the at least one module component protrudes over the roof skin, and the roof module having at least one cleaning nozzle. The drive kinematic unit may be configured to also displace the at least one cleaning nozzle between a retracted position and an extended position.
Invisible microphone assembly for a vehicle
A microphone assembly for a vehicle headliner includes a housing arranged to be received within a substrate layer of the headliner and having an upper portion and a lower portion. A circuit board is mounted in the upper portion and has a microphone element coupled thereto. An insert bracket includes a base and a shaft member extending upwardly therefrom, the base having a plurality of apertures aligned with the shaft member, wherein the shaft member engages the lower portion to connect the insert bracket to the housing. A sealing gasket having at least one channel defining an air path extending therethrough is arranged to be received within the shaft member and extend between the base and the upper portion, providing acoustic sealing between the insert bracket and the housing such that the air path directs sound from a cabin of the vehicle through the apertures to the microphone element.
Sensor Module for Being Attached to a Panel Component of a Motor Vehicle and Panel Component Comprising Such a Sensor Module
A sensor module for being attached to a panel component of a motor vehicle, the sensor module may have a sensor housing, at least one environment sensor disposed at least partially in the sensor housing and configured to send and/or receive electromagnetic signals to thus detect a vehicle environment, and an adjustment kinematics system having a drive configured to move the environment sensor from a retracted position into at least one deployed position. A cover is disposed on the sensor housing in an adjustable manner, and the drive is configured to move the cover from a covering position into at least one open position.
MECHANICAL HOLDER FOR A MOBILE DEVICE ON BOARD A VEHICLE
Disclosed is a mechanical holder for a mobile device on board a vehicle, including two jaws that are rotatably hinged about an axis and close on the mobile device, the closing movement of the two jaws being such that, regardless of the mobile device engageable with the mechanical holder, the position of the mobile device is identical. The two jaws each have a gear wheel secured thereto, wherein the gear wheel is mounted on an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the jaws and engages with the other wheel to form a gearing and to allow each jaw to rotate simultaneously and identically relative to the axes of rotation of the respective gear wheels thereof.
