Multiple wiper blade adapter for wiper blade assembly
A wiper system and, more specifically, wiper adapters are provided for wiper assemblies. The adapter engages retention features formed on the front end of the wiper arm, and the blade assembly is equipped with an adapter that mates with the arm geometry to secure itself together. The adapters mount to a common arm geometry and allow for ready, direct connection of the wiper arm to the adapter, which in turn connects to a wiper assembly.
Multifunction windshield wiper with distribution of fluid and air assembled with flexible joints
A multifunction windshield wiper includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade holder, and a wiper blade to facilitate, through channels, the direct distribution of the liquid or an air on the windshield surface. The direct distribution of the liquid and an air maximize the wiping effect and minimizes their usage. The wiper arm is assembled with wiper blade holder within the flexible spherical joints to refine the contact with a curved surface during the operational movement of the windshield wiper in the different weather conditions. The windshield wiper arm has a flexible joint with the link arm to facilitate the tension on the windshield surface during the wiping process.
Wiper
A wiper (14) for wiping a window pane (12) of a motor vehicle is provided, having a drive shaft (16) that can be driven by a motor, and a wiper lever (18) connected to the drive shaft (16) for moving a wiper blade. The wiper lever (18) is flexibly bendable. A maximum bending angle (20) of the wiper lever (18) around a bending axis extending perpendicular to the drive shaft (16) is limited by a limit stop (32) to bending of the wiper lever (18) in the range of elastic deformation. The limit stop (32) makes stop contact at the maximum bending angle (20) and can keep the deformation of the wiper lever (18) reliably in the range of elastic deformation, thus reducing the risk of damage to wipers (14).
Wiper apparatus
A wiper apparatus which removes foreign matters from a windshield by rotating by a pivot of a vehicle may include an arm piece connected to one end of an arm retainer to connect a wiper blade, and a coupling portion having a step portion formed to extend along a longitudinal direction so that an upper surface of the arm piece and an upper surface of the arm retainer form a same surface when coupled to correspond to a coupling hole formed in the arm retainer.
WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE
A windscreen wiper device (1), particularly for automobiles, includes an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, as well as an oscillating arm (4) near one end thereof being pivotally connectable to the wiper blade and near the other end thereof being connected to a mounting head (2) on a drive shaft (3) for transferring a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade. The oscillating arm (4) is pivotally connected to the mounting head (2) along a transverse pivot axis (14) between a wiping position, wherein the oscillating arm (4) extends substantially parallel to a windscreen to be wiped, and an elevated position, wherein the oscillating arm (4) extends away from a windscreen to be wiped. A cap portion (12) is formed as one piece with the oscillating arm and covers the mounting head (2) and a channel portion (13) extending between the cap portion (12) and the wiper blade. The pivot axis (14) is located near a side of the mounting head (2) facing away from the wiper blade.
Windscreen wiper arm
A windscreen wiper arm, particularly for automobiles, includes a mounting head mountable on a drive shaft and an arm member pivotally connected to the mounting head by means of a pivot pin. The arm member has a substantially U-shaped cross-section near the pivot pin comprising two side walls. A part of the mounting head extends between the side walls and beyond the pivot pin. Protrusion/groove features are provided on the part and the side walls for limiting a pivot angle of the arm member. The protrusion/groove means comprise at least one groove and at least one protrusion cooperating with the groove, the protrusion is movable in the groove between a first position corresponding with a wiping position of the arm member and a second position corresponding with a mounting position of the arm member. The part is provided with opposite abutting surfaces for abutting against the side walls. The protrusion extends laterally inwardly from one of the side walls into the groove being provided on one of the abutting surfaces abutting against that respective side wall. The groove has a width larger than a width of the protrusion.
