Quick fastening for fin ray wipers
The invention relates to a window-wiping device for a vehicle having a fastening element fastened to a drive shaft, in particular a motor vehicle. The window-wiping device comprises a wiper blade having an elongate upper part, which is at least partially flexible, an elongate lower part, which is at least partially flexible, a plurality of connecting elements for connecting the upper part and the lower part, wherein the connecting elements are spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal extent of the wiper blade, and wherein the connecting elements are designed to enable a motion of the upper part and of the lower part in relation to each other with a motion component along a longitudinal extent of the wiper blade, and a wiper-blade-side fastening part, wherein the wiper-blade-side fastening part can be detachably connected by means of a linear motion on the fastening element, and the wiper-blade-side fastening part can be connected to the fastening element in such a way that a rotational position about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the wiper blade and perpendicular to the linear motion is defined by a support and a further contact point.
Wiper arm
There is provided a wiper arm rotatably connecting an arm body to an arm head and including a spring member provided between the arm head and the arm body, the thickness of which is decreased while its mechanical strength is sufficiently maintained. A gap section reaching a pivot shaft hole is provided in a head connection section of a retainer. A recess is provided on a pivot shaft section of an arm head. During the retainer rotates, a straight section of the coil spring moves from the gap section to the recess. When the retainer reaches its upright position, the straight section is disposed within the recess. The pivot shaft section includes a projection disposed within the gap section and in contact with the divided pieces, on the both sides of the gap section.
WIPER ARM AND WINDSCREEN WIPER SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A wiper arm and a windscreen wiper system, wherein the wiper arm comprises a joint part and a lever part and a spring, wherein the parts form a common joint. The spring is embodied here as a torsion spring.
VEHICLE ROOF MODULE FOR A SENSOR
The disclosure relates to a vehicle roof module for a sensor. The module includes a wiper assembly with a wiper blade carried on a wiper arm, and a sensor housing with a visor, and a sensor having a field of view aligned with the visor, The roof module further includes a guide defining a wiping path and a parking path and a slide configured for sliding the wiper assembly over the guide along the wiping path and the parking path. When sliding the wiper assembly over the wiping path slides the wiper arm along the sensor housing such that the wiper blade wipes the visor and when sliding the wiper assembly over the parking path slides the wiper arm along the sensor housing while the wiper blade is lifted from the visor.
REAR WIPER ASSEMBLY
Provided is a rear wiper assembly having a rear wiper arm, a cover, a joint, and a motion-stopping mechanism. A connector and a cover are hingedly connected to the rear end of the rear wiper arm. When the cover is in a closed state, it covers the connector; the motion-stopping mechanism has a first interference element and a second interference element, at least one of the interference elements being a flexible element; the first interference element is arranged on the rear wiper arm, and the second interference element is arranged on the cover, when the cover is in an open state and when the angle between the upper surface of the cover and the upper surface of the rear wiper arm is within a predetermined range, the interference elements interfere with each other, preventing the cover from turning over in the direction of the connector.
WIPER DEVICE
A wiper device includes: lock grooves provided at an arm head and recessed toward both sides in a wiping direction of a wiper blade; and lock claws provided at an arm shank and protruding toward both sides in the wiping direction of the wiper blade. By concave-convex mating of the lock grooves and the lock claws with each other, the arm shank is restricted from rotating by degrees (about 22 degrees) or more with respect to the arm head, and a state in which the arm shank stands up by degrees (about 20 degrees), which is smaller than degrees, with respect to the arm head is maintained.
