Windscreen wiper device
A windscreen wiper device comprising an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, a connecting device, a mounting head, and a longitudinal strip-shaped arm. The wiper blade is adapted to be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The wiper blade includes at least one groove in which an elastic, elongated carrier element is disposed. The connecting device is connected to the wiper blade. The mounting head transfers a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade. The longitudinal strip-shaped arm has a first end detachably connected to the mounting head through a snapping operation and a second end detachably connected to the connecting device through a snapping operation. The arm is made of a resilient material and is biased to exert a pressure onto the wiper blade towards the windscreen to be wiped.
Gear motor for motor vehicle wiping system
The system concerns a gear motor for a motor vehicle wiping system comprising:—an electric motor comprising a rotor, a stator and a rotating shaft solidly attached to the rotor,—a reducing mechanism connecting the rotating shaft and an output shaft of the gear motor. According to the invention, a roller bearing (23) guides the rotating shaft (22) at one of the longitudinal ends of the rotating shaft, said roller bearing (23), arranged inside the rotor and stator assembly, housed in an inner recess of the rotor, and in which a hollow support bears the magnetic elements and is arranged coaxially and connected in rotation with the rotating shaft (22), said hollow support (25) covering said roller bearing (23) guiding the longitudinal end of the rotating shaft (20) on the side of the electric motor (2), the axial locking of the roller bearing (23) on the rotating shaft (22) being obtained by pressing against the inner race of the roller bearing (23) on the inner wall of the hollow support (25), directly or indirectly through the intermediary of a spacer (8).
Wiper arrangement
A wiper arrangement having at least one securing and/or guide unit (34a; 34b; 34c), which has at least one securing element (36a; 36b; 36c) with which a connecting unit (24a; 24b; 24c) can be brought into contact when a wiper blade (14a; 14b; 14c) moves relative to a wiper arm (18a; 18b; 18c), and which has at least one guide element (44a; 44b; 44c), which guides the connecting unit (24a; 24b; 24c) when the wiper blade (14a; 14b; 14c) moves relative to the wiper arm (18a; 18b; 18c).
WATER DRAINAGE COVER FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE WINDSHIELD WIPING MECHANISM, BODY OF A SHAFT OF AN AUTOMOTIVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MECHANISM, AND AUTOMOTIVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MECHANISM CONTAINING THE COVER AND THE BODY
The subject-matter of the invention is a water draining cover (1) for an automotive windshield wiping mechanism, containing a positive connection element (4) of the cover, adapted for securing on the body (2) of the shaft (11), containing an opening on the shaft (5) and surrounded by a gutter part (6) containing a drainage opening (7), characterized in that the positive connection element of the cover (4) does not have a continuous rotary symmetry with regard to the X axis, and in each transverse section in the plane perpendicular to the X axis it has the shape of a convex figure, and furthermore the positive connection element of the body (3) has means of blocking the movement of the cover (1) in a direction parallel to the X axis when the cover (1) is mounted on the body (2), preferably in the form of at least one projection and/or recess (9), preferably perpendicular to the X axis, while the X axis is defined as a straight line passing through the opening on the shaft (5), coinciding with the axis of rotation of the shaft (11) when the cover (1) is properly mounted on the body (2). The subject-matter of the invention is also the body (2) of a shaft (11) corresponding to the cover of the invention, as well as an automotive windshield wiper mechanism containing the cover (1) and the body (2).
Windscreen wiper device
A windscreen wiper device, particularly for automobiles, comprises an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade is of the flat blade type and includes at least one groove, in which groove an elastic, elongated carrier element is disposed, wherein the windscreen wiper device further comprises a mounting head for transferring a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade, with the special feature that the windscreen wiper device further comprises a longitudinal strip-shaped arm, wherein the arm near a first end thereof is directly connected to the mounting head and near a second end thereof is directly connected to a connecting device of the wiper blade, and wherein the arm made of a resilient material is biased in order to exert a pressure onto the wiper blade towards the windscreen to be wiped.
Wiper arm and method of manufacturing same
Provided is a wiper arm including: an arm head in which a base end is attached to a swing shaft; an arm shank in which a base end is attached to a tip of the arm head; an arm piece in which a base end is attached to a tip of the arm shank; a washer tube; a washer nozzle attached to a tip of the washer tube; and a cover member covering at least the surrounding of a part of the arm piece and the washer tube in a longitudinal direction. The cover member includes: a first cover body, having a top wall portion, and side wall portions protruding from both sides of the top wall portion in a short-side direction; and a second cover body, attached to the side wall portions and disposed to face the top wall portion.
