The elastic arm (20) is connected to the buckling seat (10) and has an end part (21) with a buckling hole (22), and one side of the elastic arm (20) has a bottom surface (23). The scrapping strip (40) is disposed on the bottom surface (23) of the elastic arm (20). The end sleeve (50) has a buckling hook (51) buckled with the buckling hole (22). Accordingly, the wiper may be easily assembled and the scrapping strip (40) may be effectively fastened.
Liquid spraying wiper frame for motor vehicle windows, and optimisation of the sealing of this frame
The invention relates to a wiper frame (10) comprising a device (24), in particular an aerodynamic deflector, for dis-pensing and/or spraying liquid, comprising at least one liquid flow channel (26), a longitudinal end (27) of which opens on an end face (28) of the device (24), a plug (40) for closing off the longitudinal end (27) of the liquid flow channel (26), which is inserted inside a longitudinal end section (27) of said channel (26), and a tip (30) arranged opposite the end face (28) of the device (24), characterised in that the closing plug (40) is a separate component from the tip (30), such as a spherical ball, such that the tip (30) and the plug (40) together ensure the closing off of the longitudinal end (27) of the liquid flow channel (26).
END PIECE FOR A WIPER AND CORRESPONDING WIPING ASSEMBLY
An end piece (100) for a wiper (102) provided with a rigidifying element (110) comprises a channel (120) for receipt of the rigidifying element, as well as first positioning stops (130), and a first means (150) for locking this element.
The end piece comprises at least one second positioning stop (140) in order to cooperate equally well with a first or second type of rigidifying element with different dimensions.
The first positioning stops (130) are operational when the first type of rigidifying element (110) is inserted in the channel, and at least one second positioning stop (140) is operational when the second type of rigidifying element is inserted in the receipt channel (120).
WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE
A wiper blade having a wiper strip having a wide portion and a lip, and an elongate backing element. The backing element having a top portion, and two opposing legs that descend from the top portion, such that each opposing leg has a claw which extends towards the other opposing leg. A gap formed between the claws that is narrower than a width of the wide portion of the wiper strip. The claws, legs, and top portion define a wiper strip cavity sized to receive the wide portion wiper strip.
Windscreen wiper
The present invention relates to a windscreen wiper (1) for a motor vehicle window (3), comprising: a longitudinally extending wiper blade (5), an aerodynamic deflector (9) extending longitudinally above said wiper blade (5), at least one longitudinally extending fluid circulation duct (31, 32) having at least one spraying orifice (35), characterized in that the wiper comprises at least one lower lateral skirt (43, 44) extending longitudinally on a lateral side of the wiper blade (5) and of the spraying orifice (35), the spraying orifice (35) being located between the wiper blade (5) and the lower lateral skirt (43, 44).
WIPER BLADE DEVICE
The invention relates to a wiper blade device, comprising a wiper blade adapter (10; 10a; 10b), which has at least two locking means (12; 12a; 12b, 14; 14a; 14b), which are arranged at an offset from each other in a wiper blade longitudinal direction (16; 16a; 16b), and comprising at least one spring rail (18; 18a; 18b), which has at least two locking cut-outs (20; 20a; 20b, 22; 22a; 22b), which are arranged at an offset from each other in the wiper blade longitudinal direction (16; 16a; 16b), wherein the at least two locking means (12; 12a; 12b, 14; 14a; 14b) are provided for engaging in the at least two locking cut-outs (20; 20a; 20b, 22; 22a; 22b) of the at least one spring rail (18; 18a; 18b) in an assembled state.
Wiper blade apparatus for vehicle with improved assemblability
A wiper blade apparatus for a vehicle includes: a vertebra that is a rod-like elongated member; a first connection member disposed at a central upper portion of the vertebra, provided with a rotational shaft fixed to the vertebra; and a center support including a plurality of elastic hook sections supporting a top surface of the vertebra so that the center support is fixed to the vertebra. The elastic hook sections forcibly pass through a space between the vertebra and a hook release prevention section extending downward from a sidewall of the first connection member and are elastically fixed to the top surface of the vertebra. The center support is assembled upward from a lower side of the vertebra after the first connection member is assembled with the vertebra.
WIPER APPARATUS AND NOZZLE UNIT
A nozzle unit 34 which jets washer fluid toward a windshield is fixed to an arm piece 33 whose front end side is fitted to a hook fixing member 23e. As a result, the nozzle unit 34 can be fixed without using the fitting member adopted in the conventional case, and located closer to the hook fixing member 23e. This reduces a positional shift of the nozzle unit 34 relative to the wiper blade 20 to the minimum, thus stabilizing the injection-target locations of washer fluid on the windshield.
WIPER BLADE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIPER BLADE
A wiper blade extends in the longitudinal direction and includes blade rubber, a plate spring-like backing, and a rubber holder. The blade rubber wipes a surface to be wiped. The backing imparts rigidity and elasticity to the blade rubber. The rubber holder holds both the longitudinally intermediate section of the blade rubber and the longitudinally intermediate section of the backing. The rubber holder has a backing housing hole for housing and retaining the backing. The backing housing hole longitudinally extends through the rubber holder. A parting line is set at the longitudinal center of the backing housing hole.
