The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and essential components, wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A≤100 parts, and an EPM and an EPDM with a content represented as B, in which 0≤B<100 parts; and the essential components comprise 1.5-10 parts of a crosslinking agent, 30-200 parts of a reinforcing filler, and 5-250 parts of a plasticizer. The rubber composition provided by present invention has good processability and can be used for producing rubber products with high aging resistance and compression set resistance.
VEHICLE WIPER BLADE
A vehicle wiper blade comprises a blade support part and a lip part coupled swingably with the blade support part via a neck. The lip part comprises polyurethane. The polyurethane comprises a reactant of a composition including an isocyanate compound which includes diisocyanate and tri- or higher functional polyfunctional isocyanate, and an alcohol which includes tri- or higher functional polyfunctional alcohol. The diisocyanate has an aromatic ring in a molecule. When a molecule of the polyurethane is ionized with a mass spectrometer of a direct sample injection system, then obtained M1, M2 and M3 satisfy the following relation: M2/M1 is 0.001 to 0.028, M3/M1 is 0.020 to 0.110, and M2/M3 is 0.013 to 0.300, and a concentration of the polyfunctional alcohol in the polyurethane is 0.12 mmol/g to 0.65 mmol/g.
VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE
A vehicle windshield wiper blade comprising: a blade support portion; and a lip portion, wherein the lip portion has a tapered portion having a cross section that is taken along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade and that has a width that gradually decreases from a side closer to the blade support portion towards a direction farthest away from the blade support portion, the lip portion has a tip surface and first and second tapered surfaces constituting the tapered portion, and, in a specific observation region of the first and second tapered surfaces, the average value of the elastic modulus measured at a 0.1 μm pitch is 15-470 MPa and the coefficient of variation of the elastic modulus is at most 17.6%.
Windshield Wiper Blade Device
The present invention relates to a windshield wiper blade device primarily comprised of a body further comprised of at least one channel, a first blade insert, a second blade insert, a cleaning attachment that is received by the second blade insert and a wiper attachment mechanism. The first and second blade inserts are generally T-shaped and can each be placed into a T-shaped channel within the body. The first blade insert acts as a traditional windshield wiper blade and the second blade insert comprises a generally cylindrical cleaning attachment. The cleaning attachment is positioned in front of (i.e., closer to the windshield than) the first blade insert, such that the cleaning attachment dislodges any insects or heavy debris on the windshield before the first blade insert cleans precipitation off of a windshield.
Heated wipers for motor vehicles
This disclosure details motor vehicle wiper systems and associated methods for heating wiper blades of the wiper systems. In exemplary embodiments, a wiper blade of a wiper may include a beam blade portion, a tip portion, and a heater element. Each of the beam blade portion, the tip portion, and the heater element may include a different material composition. The material composition of the heater element, for example, may include a thermally conductive polymer. The temperature of the blade may be regulated by adjusting a current flow through the thermally conductive polymer heater element.
WIPER BLADE
The present invention provides a wiper blade, by balacing the opposite characteristics between the ease of operation and the cleaning force, the overall shape of the wiper blade is inclined laterally with elasticity in accordance with the moving direction of the blade mounting means for ease of operation , and the contact portion of the wiper blade for performing the cleaning is capable of maintaining an angle close to a right angle with respect to the cleaning surface, so that the wiper blade is also excellent in cleaning force.
Wiper blade rubber
Provided is a wiper blade rubber which has excellent wiping properties and low friction properties with respect to both clean glass surfaces and glass surfaces that have been subjected to a water repellent treatment, and which maintains these properties for a long period of time. A wiper blade rubber which has a lip part wherein a coating layer is provided on a rubber substrate by (a) applying a first coating agent onto a part of the surface of the rubber substrate, (b) curing a first coating layer by heating the rubber substrate onto which the first coating agent is applied, (c) applying a second coating agent onto the surface of the rubber substrate which has the cured first coating layer and (d) drying the second coating agent. The present invention enables the achievement of a wiper blade rubber wherein: the coating layer contains the first coating layer and the second coating layer; and the first coating layer is affixed to a part of the rubber substrate and the second coating layer is affixed to another part of the rubber substrate in the lip part.
