The at least one extensible ground support stabilizer leg is configured to move along a vertical traction during movement from a fully retracted position to a fully extended position. A biasing element having at least one coil spring enclosed within the vertical housing of the extensible ground support stabilizer leg, configured to compress under tension when the extensible ground support stabilizer leg is extended and expand to release tension when the extensible ground support stabilizer leg is retracted.

The bearing member is also structured for operably connecting the wheel to the force-generating mechanism. Force applied by the force-generating mechanism may be sufficient to lift a portion of the vehicle off of a ground surface, or the force may only be sufficient to apply a parking brake force without lifting the vehicle.
