In some embodiments, a mobile robot unit for engaging a wheel of parked target vehicle is provided, the mobile robot unit comprising: a frame adjustable from a first configuration to a second configuration and vice versa, wherein in the second configuration the frame engages the vehicle wheel to apply a sufficient counterforce onto the vehicle wheel to lift the vehicle wheel and the vehicle weight supported by the vehicle wheel from the ground; and at least two wheel assemblies supporting the frame above the ground, each wheel assembly comprising at least one steerable wheel, the steerable wheel contacting the ground.

The dumpster moving apparatus is a device capable of providing motorized assistance for moving large containers such as refuse dumpsters. The apparatus includes an enclosure containing a motor and having a pair of wheel assemblies. The electric motor is operatively coupled to the wheel assemblies to provide the motorized assistance for moving the container. The motor includes a transmission to provide for both forward and rearward variable-speed motion. A rechargeable battery pack and a control module supply electrical power and a control means to the motor. A tongue and hitch ball extend from a front portion of the enclosure to engage the container during a moving operation. In one (1) embodiment, the apparatus can include associated bracketry for removable connection of the device to a trash collection vehicle when not in use.

A vehicle lifting and parking aid system having sidewinder wheel units mounted on the axles between the brakes and the spindle of each wheel of a vehicle controlled from a control module located within the vehicle is disclosed. In the deployed position, each sidewinder unit is against the ground surface and lifts the vehicle approximately 0.5″ off the ground. Using joysticks on a control module located within the vehicle, the user is able to operate, i.e. direct, the sidewinders to the left or right at different variations in speed whereby the vehicle is moved to the left or right by way of a rotating gear train.

A pair of pivoting wheels are disposed at a first base side of the base while a pair of wheels upon an axle are disposed upon a second base side of the base opposite the pivoting wheels. A four armed hydraulic lift is secured upon the upright support structure. At a distal end of the four armed hydraulic lift is a trailer hitch ball. The device is removably securable to a tractor.

A pair of pivoting wheels are disposed at a first base side of the base while a pair of wheels upon an axle are disposed upon a second base side of the base opposite the pivoting wheels. A four armed hydraulic lift is secured upon the upright support structure. At a distal end of the four armed hydraulic lift is a trailer hitch ball. The device is removably securable to a tractor.

A semi-trailer including an elongated trailer frame having a front portion and a rear portion, a wheel bogie disposed beneath the trailer frame, a jack disposed proximal the rear portion of the trailer frame, where the jack is configured to raise and lower the rear portion of the trailer frame, The jack includes an actuator connected to the trailer frame at the rear portion, a plurality of pivotal support arms connected to an end of the actuator and a plurality of ground engaging members connected to the end of the plurality of support arms, where the ground engaging members are powered to transversely move the rear portion of the trailer frame.

Power dollies can be used for moving moveable objects such as trailers. A power dolly could include a frame, a mount and a plurality of wheel sets. The mount could couple the power dolly to a moveable object. One or more of the plurality of wheels sets could be powered. The plurality of wheels sets could be separated into a primary wheel set and one or more support wheel sets. The wheels of the primary wheel set could extend farther from the frame that the wheels of the support wheel sets.
