Axle drive
An axle drive for a vehicle comprising at least one drivable vehicle axle comprises a drive shaft that extends along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, starting from a first side of the axle drive, to a second side of the axle drive and that is configured to receive drive power from an electric motor arranged at the first side and to output said drive power at the second side to a driven shaft that extends at the second side of the axle drive offset from the drive shaft and that is configured to output drive power to the vehicle axle via a bevel gear facing towards the first side. The axle drive further comprises a brake, in particular a parking brake, comprising a brake disk that is arranged at the second side of the axle drive, in a manner facing away from the first side, at the drive shaft or at the driven shaft.
ANGLE DETECTION APPARATUS, ANGLE DETECTION SYSTEM, PARK LOCK SYSTEM, AND PEDAL SYSTEM
An angle detection apparatus includes a magnetic detection element, a magnetic field generator, and a first magnetic shield. The magnetic field generator is magnetized along a first direction and generates a magnetic field to be applied to the magnetic detection element. The first magnetic shield surrounds the magnetic detection element along a plane orthogonal to the first direction. The magnetic field generator and the magnetic detection element are rotatable relative to each other around a rotation axis along the first direction.
UTILITY TRAILER WITH MULTIPLE MODES OF CONVEYANCE AND OPERATION
A trailer device is provided with pressure washing features and devices. The trailer device is convertible between at least a first and mode of transport, wherein a first mode comprises a towing mode, and a second mode comprises a push or manual operation mode. The device also comprises various on-board features and control systems such that a fully-functional pressure washing unit is provided that is easily transporting between locations.
FOOT-OPERATED PARKING BRAKE OPERATION DEVICE
A solution to reduce the ratcheting sound that occurs at the start of braking when an operation pedal is operated by foot. Because a mounting seat as a flat part and base plate are provided between a ratchet member and support axial center S of an operation pedal, there is a possibility that the ratchet member's vibration will propagate to the adjacent mounting seat and base plate, amplifying the ratchet sound. However, the adjacent mounting seat and base plate are provided with beads, having cross-sections that bend convexly in a direction substantially orthogonal to the vibration waveform of the ratchet sound produced by a pole coming into contact with serrations when the mounting seat and base plate maintain a flat plate shape; i.e., in a circumferential direction about support axial center S. Therefore, rigidity against the vibration is increased, propagation of vibration is minimized, and ratchet sound is effectively reduced.
VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE
A decrease in a terminal voltage of a battery is suppressed in a vehicle control device having a function of driving a pump motor to operate an automatic brake, and a function of driving an EPB motor to operate an EPB. When a brake ECU receives an EPB request during the operation of the automatic brake, and an elapsed period after a start of the automatic brake becomes more than a first set period t1, the brake ECU starts the EPB motors. Moreover, when the brake ECU receives an automatic brake request during the operation of the EPB, and an elapsed period after a start of the EPB is not more than a second set period t2, the brake ECU suspends the operation of the EPB, and starts the automatic brake.
Parking Brake for an Electric Vehicle With Multi-Speed Gearbox
A commercial vehicle with at least one driven axle, at least one service brake, at least one propulsion engine, and wheels characterized in that the parking brake function of the vehicle is solved by a bistable locking means acting on both wheels. At least one multi-speed gearbox is provided to concurrently activate a first gear stage and a second gear stage having different ratios.
Vehicle control device
A parking brake control device is a control device for a vehicle used in a vehicle on which a shift by wire system and an electric parking brake system are mounted. A function of automatically operating an electric parking brake without an operation of the driver of the vehicle is referred to as an EPB automatic operation function, and a request by the driver for disabling the EPB automatic operation function is referred to as a disabling request. The parking brake control device includes a disabling determination part configured to determine a presence or absence of the disabling request, a vehicle stop determination part configured to determine whether the vehicle is stopped, a slope determination part configured to determine whether the vehicle is located on a slope, and an EPB automatic operation part. The EPB automatic operation part operates the electric parking brake when the vehicle is stopped on the slope even if the disabling request is made.
Work vehicle
The disclosure provides a work vehicle. The work vehicle includes: a frame, a wheel unit connected with the frame, a working unit connected with the frame, and a power source arranged on the frame to supply power. The work vehicle further includes: a brake assembly connected with the wheel unit, a locking assembly, provided with a lock arm to lock the brake assembly, and a starting mechanism. The starting mechanism includes a starting arm connected with the lock arm to drive the lock arm to move when the starting arm is operated to unlock the brake assembly.
Vehicle brake system
A brake system for a vehicle, the vehicle including a service brake control module and a parking brake with at least one spring brake chamber, the service brake control module controlling at least a first pressure module to brake a first set of wheels. The brake system comprises a parking brake control module configured to control the spring brake chamber to brake a second set of wheels and to control the first pressure module to brake the first set of wheels.
Actuator for electric parking brake
The present invention relates to an actuator for an electronic parking brake. The actuator for an electronic parking brake of the present invention includes a motor configured to provide a driving force, and a housing in which a gear unit for transmitting the driving force of the motor is mounted. The gear unit includes a worm gear to which the driving force of the motor is transmitted, a plurality of planetary gears coupled to an outer side of a sun gear which is provided in the worm gear, and a carrier configured to rotatably support the planetary gears, have the same rotation shaft as a rotation shaft of the sun gear, and output the driving force. A carrier accommodation unit coupled to outer sides of the planetary gears is formed in the housing.
