Embodiments of the disclosure provide a warning method and apparatus for a driving risk, a computing device and a storage medium, and the method includes: obtaining dangerous driving behavior data of a driver in a first time period, and obtaining a correspondence between a quantity of occurrences of dangerous driving behaviors of one or more drivers and a quantity of an actual occurrence of dangerous scenarios to the one or more drivers while driving; predicting, based on a quantity of actual occurrences of the dangerous driving behaviors of the driver, indicated in the dangerous driving behavior data of the driver, and the correspondence, a target quantity of times the driver is predicted to encounter one or more dangerous scenarios in the first time period; and generating warning information based on the target quantity of times.

A device for determining hands off of a driver includes a torque sensor for sensing a torque caused by turning of a steering wheel and generating a torque signal, a first frequency filter and a second frequency filter for filtering the torque signal, a representative value generating device for generating a first representative value based on a frequency component of a first filtered signal output by the first frequency filter, and generating a second representative value based on a frequency component of a second filtered signal output by the second frequency filter, and a control module that determines the hands off of the driver based on a ratio of the first representative value and the second representative value.

Some implementations may include determining a kinematic state of a vehicle moving in an origin lane; detecting, based on data from one or more sensors of the vehicle, objects that are moving in a target lane of the road; determining a headway constraint in terms of a preparation time, a preparation acceleration to be applied to the vehicle during the preparation time, and an execution time during which the vehicle is to transition from the origin lane to the target lane; determining values of the preparation time, the execution time, and the preparation acceleration subject to a set of constraints including the headway constraint; and determining a motion plan that will transition the vehicle from the origin lane to the target lane based at least in part on the preparation time, the execution time, and the preparation acceleration.

The speed sensor state determiner determines whether the output value of the speed sensor is reliable. The scale estimator estimates a size of the movement amount based on at least one of the output value of the speed sensor and an output value of the sub-sensor. The position and attitude information corrector corrects position and attitude information based on the size of the movement amount estimated by the scale estimator.
