A front module for a passenger vehicle is disclosed. The front module includes an adapter element via which a panel part of the front module is supported on a front module structure arranged behind it. An adjustable covering device of a cooling opening of a cooling device of the passenger vehicle is integrated into the adapter element.

A method for manufacturing a pressure vessel for a motor vehicle comprises the steps: providing a hollow basic body as a primary stage of the pressure vessel, wherein the basic body has an initial internal volume, and wherein the basic body has a wall, which extends fully around a longitudinal axis of the basic body, wherein the wall has an opening, which has an opening rim; providing a hollow auxiliary body, which has a base wall and a peripheral wall, wherein the peripheral wall is open on a side lying opposite the base wall; joining the auxiliary body with the basic body at the opening in the wall of the basic body, such that the pressure vessel having a desired final internal volume which is larger or smaller than the initial internal volume of the basic body is obtained. In addition, such a pressure vessel in the form of an air suspension pot of a suspension is described.

Air conducting apparatus for outgoing air guidance
A mid-mounted radiator in a motor vehicle has at least one outgoing air guide attached laterally on the left and right of the radiator. In vehicles with a relatively low cooling requirement, the lateral outgoing air guides are removed and the openings are closed by a cover.

MANUFACTURING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTING LASER-CURING OF EPOXIED JOINTS
A manufacturing system may include at least one clamp configured to maintain a distance of separation between a first component and a second component for an epoxy provided therebetween. The manufacturing system may also include a laser, and a controller in communication with the laser. The controller may be configured to cause the laser to direct at least one light beam against one of the first and second components to heat the epoxy by conduction to a cure temperature.
Vehicle Axle
A traverse strut for use in a twist beam axle assembly is provided. The traverse strut extends along a length and presents a central section; a pair of end sections; and a pair of intermediate sections between the central section and the respective end sections. At least a portion of the central section has a first wall thickness, at least a portion of each end section has a second wall thickness that is greater than the first wall thickness and at least a portion of each intermediate section has a third wall thickness that is greater than the second wall thickness. Additionally, at least two of the central, intermediate and end sections is work hardened. The transverse strut has improved performance and lower weight as compared to other known transverse struts.

A series of mounting supports, a mounting support for fastening radiator modules and a method for producing mounting supports, in particular for motor vehicles for fastening radiator modules by which the variability of a mounting support with respect to the arrangement of radiator modules can be increased. A series of mounting supports for fastening radiator modules in the front-end structure of motor vehicles relates to mounting supports having a frame which comprises an upper transversal support, two lateral vertical supports and a lower transversal support. At least an upper bearing area and at least a lower bearing area for mounting a radiator module are formed on the frame. Adapter elements for connecting between the mounting support and a radiator module are arranged on the mounting support in the upper bearing area and/or in the lower bearing area, which allow the variable fastening of radiator modules in different relative positions.
