The electric power equipment (1) includes a main body (2) defining a battery receiving recess (40) having an open upper end, and a battery (20) configured to be received in the battery receiving recess, wherein an upper part of a front end part of the battery is provided with a projection (108) projecting in a forward direction, and a rear end part of the battery is provided with a grip, and wherein an upper edge of the front end part of the battery receiving recess is provided with a supporting surface (36) configured to support a lower surface of the projection at least when the battery is being removed from the battery receiving recess.
VEHICULAR EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY WITH ILLUMINATION MODULE
A vehicular exterior door handle assembly includes a handle portion and an illumination module having an illumination source that emits light when electrically powered. With the exterior door handle assembly mounted at a door handle region of a vehicle door and when the illumination source is electrically powered to emit light, light emitted by the illumination source illuminates the door handle region of the vehicle door. The illumination module is located and oriented at the vehicular exterior door handle assembly such that, when the illumination source is electrically powered to emit light, a hand grasping the handle portion to open the vehicle door does not block light emitted by the illumination source so that illumination is maintained at the door handle region of the vehicle door.

Electric vehicle having a battery in an underfloor arrangement
An electric vehicle (1) has a battery (2) in an underfloor arrangement. The battery (2) is arranged in a battery space (4) that is delimited by body members (5, 6, 7, 8) of a body (3). The battery space (4) also is delimited at a bottom side of the electric vehicle (1) by way of a protective plate (9). The battery (2) has a connection element (10, 11) at least on a side oriented toward one of the body members (7, 8), and the body member (7, 8) has a recess (12, 13) in which the connection element (10, 11) is arranged.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
An electrical connection structure includes a case in which a first electric motor and a second electric motor are housed, and electrical equipment that controls the first electric motor or the second electric motor. The first electric motor is electrically connected to a first three-phase terminal of the electrical equipment via a connecting member. The second electric motor is electrically connected to a second three-phase terminal of the electrical equipment via the connecting member. On the electrical equipment side, the first three-phase terminal and the second three-phase terminal are arranged in series. On the case side, a first electric motor side three-phase terminal, which is connected to the first electric motor, in the connecting member, and a second electric motor side three-phase terminal, which is connected to the second electric motor, in the connecting member, are arranged in parallel.

A vehicle includes: an electric device mounted on the vehicle; a functional component placed on the electric device to extend further rearward than the electric device in plan view when mounted on the vehicle; a cable connecting the electric device and a battery mounted on the vehicle; and a cable mount that is provided below and within a plane of projection of the functional component on the electric device and has a terminal port facing downward in a vertical direction when mounted in the vehicle. The vehicle reduces the risk of a human touching an electric terminal, improving safety.
MOTOR-VEHICLE TRACTION BATTERY ARRANGEMENT
A motor-vehicle traction battery arrangement has a plurality of battery modules arranged in a single horizontal plane (XY) in the vehicle floor, an electrical battery management system and a high-voltage busbar that electrically connects all battery modules and the battery management system to each other. The battery management system serves to monitor all battery modules and has, as functional components at least one contactor as well as, for each battery module, a temperature monitor and/or a voltage monitor. The battery management system is formed by at least two battery management sub-modules, each of which includes some of the totality of all functional components and which are arranged at a distance from each other.

In at least some implementations, a powertrain assembly, includes a combustion engine arranged to propel a vehicle, an electric motor arranged to propel a vehicle, a transmission coupled to the combustion engine and having a transmission housing and an output, an exhaust assembly coupled to the combustion engine, a drivetrain component driven for rotation by the output, multiple wires connected to the electric motor, and a housing. The housing has a first housing part and a second housing part that are coupled together to define an interior between them. At least one of the first housing part and the second housing part is coupled to the transmission housing, the wires are received within the interior and the housing is received between the transmission housing and both a portion of the exhaust assembly and a portion of the drivetrain component.
Power supply apparatus
A power supply apparatus includes a battery pack for an electric vehicle, and an interface unit that couples the battery pack and a plurality of electrical devices. The interface unit includes a branch connector provided with a coupling unit and a plurality of fuses. The coupling unit allows coupling wires to join. Each of the coupling wires is coupled to a corresponding one of electrical devices. Each of the plurality of fuses is disposed in a corresponding one of coupling wires. The interface unit also includes a battery pack connector that is able to be coupled to the branch connector. In a state in which the branch connector is coupled to the battery pack connector, the power supply apparatus is configured to be able to supply electric power from the battery pack to each of the plurality of electrical devices via the coupling unit.
