TWO-WAY HORTICULTURE TROLLEY WITH INDIVIDUALLY TURNABLE FLOOR-WHEELS

A two-way horticulture trolley includes a frame, track-wheels for driving the trolley forward or backwards in a first direction over tracks that extend in the first direction along plant growing paths, floor-wheels for driving the trolley sideways in a second direction over a corridor that extends in the second direction along ends of the tracks, driving motors configured to rotate the track-wheels and/or floor-wheels around their horizontal center axis for driving the trolley forward or backwards respectively sideways, and a control unit for controlling the driving motors. The floor-wheels are each individually turnable around an own vertical axis relative to the frame between at least the first and second direction, where one or more turning actuators are provided for controlling the floor-wheels to turn individually around their own vertical axis between at least the first and second direction and vice versa.

Proposed are an OHT vehicle and a method of controlling the operation of the same. More particularly, proposed is a technology in which when a steering change is not performed properly as a steering wheel is adhered to a damper during the operation of a steering unit of an OHT vehicle, a dithering motion function is applied to the steering wheel to enable an efficient steering change of the OHT vehicle.

A conveying-traveling-body-utilizing conveying device links conveying traveling bodies to each other where load bars are continuous to each other. A linked part is provided at one end of the load bar, and a linking hook is provided at the other end which can engage with and disengage from the linked part. The linking hook is pivotally supported and is vertically movable between a pre-engagement orientation separated upward from the linked part, with respect to an engaged orientation of covering the linked part from above, and a standby orientation tilted to a lowering limit from the engaged orientation by an urging force. When the linking hook is in the standby orientation, longitudinally adjacent conveying traveling bodies can approach each other to a connected state, where the respective load bars are abutted against each other, without the linking hook in the standby orientation and the linked part contacting each other.

A branch parking track garage includes a conveyor movable in two conveying directions and arranged along a first and a second branch parking track between respective transfer points and an end of the corresponding branch parking track. A first and second drive finger, which are spaced apart on the conveyor, are each movable back and forth between a first and a second drive finger position. A distance between the first and the second drive finger on the conveyor is adopted such that the first drive finger is located in a region of the first branch parking track transfer point or in a region of the conveyor facing a feeder track in the transverse direction between the first and the second branch parking track when the second drive finger is located in the region of the end of the second branch parking track, and vice versa.
