Cableway carriage
A cableway carriage including: a base member 1; a main cable braking member 10 that has a braking face that comes into contact with the main cable and that is secured to the base member; a first lever 20 that has a first fulcrum serving as a center of rotation and secured to the base member, a first lever braking face provided in a position facing the braking face, a biasing member that biases the first lever braking face in a direction of separation from the braking face, and a drive pulley capable of applying a force in the direction in which the first lever braking face is brought close to the braking face by the tensile force of the rope, and a second lever 30 that has a second fulcrum secured to the base member and serving as a center of rotation.
Towing apparatus
The present invention relates to towing apparatus (200) for towing a vehicle with a cable transport arrangement. The towing apparatus (200) comprises a first attachment arrangement (204) configured to provide for attachment to a towing part of the cable transport arrangement. The towing apparatus (200) comprises a second attachment arrangement (208) configured for releasable attachment to a vehicle. The second attachment arrangement (208) comprises a main body (210) and first and second arms (212,214). The first and second arms (212,214) are substantially immovably mounted on the main body (210) and spaced apart from each other with each of the first and second arms defining a vehicle engaging profile (222). The second attachment arrangement (208) is rotatable such that the first and second arms (212,214) move between: a first position in which the vehicle engaging profiles (222) can be brought into engagement with or disengaged from a part of the vehicle; and a second position in which the vehicle engaging profiles (222) engage with the part of the vehicle so as to provide for towing of the vehicle.
Transportation unit for cable transportation systems
A transportation unit for a cable transportation system has a chair with a bench; a safety frame movable between an open position and a closed position and having a front bar; and at least one safety barrier, which is fixed to the front bar, extends predominantly between the front bar and the bench when the safety frame is in the closed position, and has a support with an anchoring portion fixed to the front bar, and a projecting portion, which projects from the anchoring portion, is elastically flexible under stress oriented in given or designated directions, and is substantially rigid under stress oriented in other directions.
HYBRID CABLE/RAIL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
A hybrid cable/rail transportation system comprising: at least one portion of the system configured as a cable transportation system comprising at least one supporting cable; at least one portion of the system configured as a rail transportation system comprising at least one rail, wherein the system portion configured as a cable transportation system is upstream and/or downstream of the system portion configured as a rail transportation system; a plurality of transportation units wherein each transportation unit comprises a cabin; a first trolley coupled to the supporting cable; a second trolley coupled to the rail; wherein each cabin comprising a roof provided with a connection device configured to couple with the first trolley along the system portion configured as a cable transportation system and with the second trolley along the system portion configured as a rail transportation system.
ROPEWAY SELF-PROPELLED TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT
Ropeway self-propelled transporting equipment, comprising a transporting device (1) which runs along a ropeway rope, wherein the transporting device (1) comprises a sliding adjusting mechanism (2), a transmission mechanism (3) and a pull arm (4); and the sliding adjusting mechanism (2) and the transmission mechanism (3) are movably connected to the pull arm (4) respectively. The sliding adjusting mechanism (2) is arranged on the pull arm (4), and a first transmission component (21), a second transmission component (22) and a third transmission component (23) of the sliding adjusting mechanism (2) enclose a ropeway rope clamping area. When the ropeway rope is positioned in the ropeway rope clamping area, the ropeway rope is clamped to the first transmission component (21), the second transmission component (22) and the third transmission component (23) so that the transporting device (1) may freely slide along the ropeway rope. In addition, a first lifting component (20) is provided on the sliding adjusting mechanism (2). The ropeway rope clamping area may adapt to ropeway ropes of different sizes and smoothly traverse a ropeway rope junction or a ropeway support bend. Therefore, the applicability of the present transporting device (1) is improved.
POOL COVER HINGED SLIDING ASSEMBLY
Described is a hinged sliding assembly for a pool cover assembly including a slider member having a rod member and defining an opening, wherein the slider member is coupleable to a pool cover; and a hinged rope lock member coupled to the rod member and positioned at least partially within the opening, wherein the hinged rope lock member is coupleable to a rope of the pool cover.
Cable transportation system for transporting people and method for operating the same
A cable transportation system extends along a track and has two haul cables driven respectively by respective motors and having respective mutually aligned end portions; a vehicle with two clamping devices configured to attach the vehicle to the haul cables; a passenger station at the end sections of the haul cables; two control cams arranged respectively at the end sections of the haul cables; and two actuators configured to bring the control cams into an operating position to open the clamping devices and into a resting position in which they do not interfere with the clamping devices, the control cams being spaced apart by a distance equal to the distance between the clamping devices in such a way that when the clamping device is at the control cam, the clamping device is at the control cam.

Cable car carriage
A cable car carriage for transporting goods or passengers has two opposing spaced-apart crawlers. Each of the crawlers has a crawler chain composed of juxtaposed chain links. A support cable can be inserted between the opposing crawlers on the opposing chain links of the crawler chains. A pressing mechanism connects the crawlers with one another, and is designed to adjust the distance between the crawlers as well as the pressing force of the two crawlers relative to each other and/or the pressing force of the two crawlers against the support cable. The crawler chains are driven in a circulating movement by a drive via a crawler running gear, thus moving the cable car carriage along the support cable. A cable crane, a passenger gondola, a cable saddle, and a transport assembly employing the cable car carriage are also disclosed.
