A passenger transport vehicle contains an air conditioner which has a refrigerant circuit operated using a refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit has a condenser with a fan for conveying cooling air and an evaporator for controlling the temperature of supply air conveyed by a supply fan into a passenger compartment. Flow ducts for the cooling air and for the supply air are fluidically separated from one another inside the air conditioner by a partition wall. The partition wall has a degassing device being switched between a closed state for normal operation of the air conditioner and an open state for emergency operation of the air conditioner, in which emergency operation the degassing device fluidically connects the flow duct for the cooling air and the flow duct for the supply air to one another. A refrigerant detector is provided and when it detects the refrigerant, it triggers actuation of the degassing device.

HEAT DISSIPATION SYSTEM FOR HIGH-SPEED TRAIN RUNNING IN LOW-VACUUM TUBE

A heat dissipation system for a high-speed train running in a low-vacuum tube is provided. Component groups that provide power and resistance for the movement and stop of a train are provided at a periphery, close to the train, in a low-vacuum tube. The component group is provided with a group A cooling assembly. The group A cooling assembly includes a group A cooling-type heat exchanger and/or a group A nozzle assembly attached to the back of the component group. Since the friction between the train running at high speed and the air in the low-vacuum tube and the operation of the key equipment in the low-vacuum tube will generate a lot of heat, the group A cooling assembly in the component group in the low-vacuum tube exchanges the heat with the air in the low-vacuum tube.

Fanless cooling system

A fanless cooling system for particularly fail-safe and efficient cooling of electronic modular systems in vehicles, more particularly in rail vehicles, includes a preferably frame-shaped rack or assembly carrier for holding at least one module or assembly, more particularly a processor module having high-performance multi-core processors. A heat transport body can be mounted in a heat-transferring manner on a part or component of the module. The rack has at least one heat distribution body, to which the heat transport body can be fastened in a heat-transferring manner, preferably detachably, when the module having the part coupled to the heat transfer body is held in the rack. At least one heat tube is connected to the heat distribution body in a heat-transferring manner. An electronic modular system with a fanless cooling system is also provided.

COOLING DEVICE FOR RAILROAD VEHICLE

A cooling device for a railroad vehicle that cools a heat generating body housed in a storage box set on the floor of the railroad vehicle includes a heat conduction plate configuring a part of a side surface of the storage box, the heat generating body being mounted on one surface side of the heat conduction plate, a plurality of heat pipes inclined to project from the other surface side to an upper side of the heat conduction plate, a plurality of fins fixed to the plurality of heat pipes, and a cover that includes opening sections, and covers the cooling device. A total of areas of the opening sections located on the base side of the heat pipes is formed larger than a total of areas of the opening sections located on the distal end portion side of the heat pipes.

POWER CONVERTER FOR RAILROAD VEHICLE
20170303430 · 2017-10-19 ·

A power converter for a railroad vehicle includes an air guide duct that takes air from a lateral side of one of a first heat radiating fin and a second heat radiating fin, guides the taken air to a region between the first heat radiating fin and the second heat radiating fin, and then guides the taken air to an end of the other of the first heat radiating fin and the second heat radiating fin in a running direction when the railroad vehicle is running.

Air-conditioning device for a railway vehicle having at least two carriages

An air-conditioning device has a duct that emits a flow of conditioned air and at least one circulation circuit intended for fitting out a carriage. The circulation circuit includes an air inlet through which passes an incoming airflow from the duct; at least one conduit for distributing air towards a compartment room, extending between an upstream end and a downstream end, both intended to be laid out in the carriage; a conduit for transferring conditioned air towards another adjacent air circulation circuit, which fits out a carriage adjacent to the first; and means for distributing conditioned air from the air inlet, and distributing the incoming airflow among the distribution and transfer conduits.
