VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS HAVING A VARIABLE NUMBER OF SEATS
A passenger transport vehicle includes a system configured to vary the number of available seating places in accordance with the level of passenger traffic to be transported. The system has a mechanical support structure having a fixed part and a movable part movable between a first position in which the mechanical support structure forms a seating place, and a second position in which the seating place is unavailable for seating. The mechanical support structure includes a covering surface connected to and disposed around a portion of the movable part. The covering surface includes two rigid portions and a deformable portion. One rigid portion forms a seating surface when the movable part is in the first position, while both rigid portions and the deformable portion form an ischiatic support surface when the movable part is in the second position.
VEHICLE SUITE SEATING ARRANGEMENT
Disclosed is a vehicle seating arrangement may include structural units positioned along a longitudinal axis of a vehicle. Each structural unit may include a frame supported relative to the vehicle, a lower seating suite generally facing a forward portion of the vehicle, and an upper seating suite generally facing an aft portion of the vehicle. Each of the lower and upper seating suites may be configurable between an upright seating position and a lie-flat seating position. Further, each of the lower seating suit and the upper seating suit of each structural unit may include an integrated seat pan and extension positioned in same for optionally configuring the respective seating suite in either the upright seating position or the lie-flat seating position.
Polycarbonate resin composition
A polycarbonate resin composition comprising, 100 mass parts of (A1) a polycarbonate resin that contains a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit of the following general formula (1) and (A2) a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit of the general formula (2) in a mass ratio (A1)/(A2) of 100/0 to 10/90; 3 to 20 mass parts of a phosphorus flame retardant (B); 2 to 20 mass parts of a silicone flame retardant (C); and 3 to 100 mass parts of an inorganic filler (D), wherein the phosphorus flame retardant (B) is a phosphazene compound and/or a condensed phosphate ester, [C1] ##STR00001##

Cloth Tray Cover For Tray Tables Found On Airplanes, Trains Or Cars, Having Assorted Pockets Of Diverse Utility, Including A Clear Sleeve Pocket On The Surface Of The Tray, An Adjustable Viewing Pocket For Electronic Devices, And A Collapsible Drink Holder For Use When The Tray Table Is In The Locked Position
This embodiment of a cloth tray cover and its accessories is used on tray tables found on airplanes or trains, and with tray tables in some cars. The tray cover provides travelers with a protective germ barrier, as well as a way to organize personal items while traveling. The clear sleeve on the tray surface transforms the tray into a changeable activity board or a moisture barrier for reading material when drinks are served. The pockets of the tray cover accommodate both small and large personal items that travelers want to have handy. The tray cover can be sized and altered to fit any type of tray table for travel. The foldable drink holder provides a place to put one's drink when the tray table is up. The detachable viewing pocket provides a place to view an electronic device and can be adjusted to a passenger's preferred viewing position. It is also the storage case for the tray cover, the electronic device and the drink holder.
Tray table trays
Trays for tray tables that prevent liquid spilled on a top surface of the trays from spreading over edges of the trays. A casing having a top surface with at least one aperture through the top surface, a receptacle within the casing positioned below the aperture in the top surface configured to receive an absorbent pad that can be removably positioned in the receptacle below the aperture to be in communication with the top surface of the tray. Spilled liquids can be guided toward the aperture in the top surface and absorbed in the absorbent pad within the casing. The absorbent pad may be a superabsorbent material. The top surface can have a superhydrophobic coating.
DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE, DISPLAY CONTROL SYSTEM, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A display control method includes: acquiring information indicating a contact point of an attendant in a train from a management device storing the information indicating the contact point of the attendant in the train; and transmitting information for causing a display device in the train to display a two-dimensional code based on the acquired information.
Double-decker rail vehicle
A double-track vehicle, comprising upper and lower carriages, which are respectively a passenger carriage (1) for providing passenger seats and a cargo carriage (2) for placing cargo, the passenger carriage (1) and the cargo carriage (2) being respectively provided with a passenger door (3) for passengers to get on and off and a cargo door (4) for loading and unloading cargo. The vehicle carries out simultaneous transport of passengers and cargo, allowing for the function of the rail vehicle to no longer be singular and largely reducing transport and maintenance costs. At the same time, passenger transport and cargo transport are divided into two layers, which completely separates cargo transport and passenger transport, thereby providing passengers with a comfortable seating environment and improving seating safety.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE OCCUPANCY OF VEHICLE SEATS BY PASSENGERS, AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES
A method is for controlling the occupancy of the seats of one or more vehicle(s) by passengers using a control device for controlling the occupancy of the seats. The vehicle includes a number of seats equipped with a reading light. The control device includes each reading light, a control system for controlling the reading lights and a controller. The method includes an emission of at least one piece of data related to the seat toward an electronic device of a passenger of the vehicle. The piece of data is emitted using a wireless optical communication technique, which is a technique of visible light communication. The emission of the at least one piece of data related to the seat is carried out by the reading light of the seat controlled by the control system.
Commercial vehicle and rail system passenger seat for passenger comfort, safety, and convenience
A passenger seat for commercial vehicles and rail systems, having at least: a massage pad for increasing the ergonomics in the waist section of the passenger and applying massage; a compressor for inflating the massage pad; cooling pads for cooling the passenger; a heating pad for heating the upper portion of the seat and the backrest contacting the passenger; a presence sensor for determining whether there is a passenger on the passenger seat; a belt sensor for determining whether the passenger fastens the safety belt; a wireless charging unit for the passenger to charge a mobile device without using a connection cable; a manual control panel for the heating pad, cooling pad and the massage pad; a wireless connection module for the heating pad, cooling pad and the massage pad; and a control unit where the data collected from the presence sensor and belt sensor are transmitted.
