11072354 · 2021-07-27 · ·

An anti-pinch system and a method for a platform screen door and a train are disclosed. The system includes: a platform screen door (PSD) anti-pinch safety host, a three-dimensional laser radar and an alarm, wherein when both the platform screen door and a train door are in a closed state, the three-dimensional laser radar performs a three-dimensional scanning detection on an obstacle in an area between the platform screen door and the train in real time at an end of a platform by using an emitted laser scanning surface, and sends detection information of the obstacle to the PSD anti-pinch safety host; the detection information includes three-dimensional contour information of the obstacle; the PSD anti-pinch safety host is configured to process the detection information and send a processing result to the alarm; and the alarm is configured to send out an alarm according to the processing result.

A plurality of cameras are provided to take images of a plurality of doors of a train. A monitor displays a plurality of door camera images taken by the plurality of cameras and buttons configured to receive an operation to instruct the opening or closing of the door shown in the door camera images. The controller outputs a communication signal including an instruction to open or close the door that corresponds to the operated button on the monitor in response to the operation of the button.

Provided is a technology for monitoring train doors which improves the accuracy of detection of trapping in vehicle doors. A server compares the difference between a static image (reference image 91), from each monitoring camera, of a normal state in which there is no trapping in vehicle doors, said static images being held in the server in advance, and a static image (an observation image 92) first acquired in a prescribed acquisition time. If a difference is present, the difference (difference image 94) between the reference image 91 and the observation image 92 acquired in the acquisition time is acquired. A quadrilateral F which covers the four sides of an object constituting the difference is subsequently rendered, the centre point of the quadrilateral is obtained, it is determined that trapping has occurred if movement of a centre coordinate C1, C2, . . . Cn, i.e. the difference between the centre coordinates C, is lower than a prescribed threshold value, and red frame rendering of video is indicated on a monitor.

A predetermined image processing is carried out on the images that have been taken by the cameras 101 through 108 attached to a side of the cars that form a train before the images are displayed on the monitor 301 that is mounted in the train. That is to say, as a first image processing, among the images to be displayed, a left-right inversion process is carried out on the images where the positional relationship between the cars and the platform in the image is opposite between left and right to the positional relationship as viewed in the direction in which the train is to travel. In addition, as a second image processing, a cutout process is carried out on the images to be displayed so that the cutout regions differ in accordance with the opening and closing state of the doors.

The vehicle monitoring system includes a plurality of cameras provided corresponding to a plurality of doors provided on both sides (A side and B side) of each vehicle, and a management device for determining a camera corresponding to an open door. The management device determines a camera whose initial position is on the B side as the display use camera to be used for display, with respect to a vehicle in which the initial position of the door open camera corresponding to the open door identified by the open door identification information, and the door opening-side information match with the B side. With respect to a vehicle in which the initial position of the door open camera and the door opening-side information do not match with the B side, the management device determines a camera whose initial position is on the A side as the display use camera.
