INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM
A plurality of simulations executed by a plurality of simulators, respectively, coupled to one another to perform communication are executed efficiently and fast as a whole when executed in cooperation. An information processing system stores execution order information that is information indicating execution orders of the plurality of simulations. Each of the simulators generates output data by executing a corresponding one of the simulations based on input data that is data input at execution start, and execution control of the other simulations is performed when the simulation has reached a check point at a time point halfway through execution of the simulation. The check point is set based on, for example, a viewpoint of time or a viewpoint of situation of the simulation.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANNING SUPPORT DEVICE, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANNING SUPPORT METHOD, AND PROGRAMS
Disclosed is a resource management planning support device 1 including a learning information storage section (storage section 13), a duty recommendation processing section 110, a planning processing section (operation rescheduling planning processing section 120), and a screen processing section 140. The learning information storage section stores plan result information regarding existing operation rescheduling plans. The duty recommendation processing section 110 exercises a prior learning function to generate a duty recommendation model for recommending a duty. The planning processing section exercises a planning function to create an operation rescheduling plan by selecting a duty template suitable for a planning target train set according to the duty recommendation model generated by the duty recommendation processing section 110. The screen processing section 140 outputs a plan result display screen 147 for displaying the operation rescheduling plan created by the planning processing section.
RAILROAD PERSONNEL SCHEDULING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A railroad personnel scheduling and management system is disclosed. The system may include a personnel database storing qualification data associated with a plurality of railroad personnel and a controller comprising a personnel management module and a communication module. The controller may be configured to receive railroad asset data and personnel location data via the communication module and select a primary personnel from the plurality of railroad personnel in conjunction with the personnel management module and based on the qualification data, the railroad asset data, and the personnel location data. The controller may also be configured to generate a dispatch signal based on the railroad asset data and communicate the dispatch signal to the primary personnel via the communication module.
VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vehicle control system and method of operation includes directing a portable distribution vehicle to a first loading location. The portable distribution vehicle may be loaded with first cargo at the first loading location. Instructions may be communicated to the portable distribution vehicle to move from the first loading location to a first distribution location, where the first cargo may be unloaded. The portable distribution vehicle may be a first type of portable distribution vehicle that is allowed to move along a designated route. Vehicles of a second type are prohibited from moving along the designated route. Operation of the portable distribution vehicle may be automatically controlled to move from the first loading location to the first distribution location without an operator onboard the portable distribution vehicle manually controlling the portable distribution vehicle.

Method for managing service schedule of vehicle
A method for managing a service schedule of a vehicle includes receiving the service schedule of the vehicle that travels along a predetermined route from a control server, generating first service information of the vehicle based on position information of the vehicle, generating service state information of the vehicle based on the service schedule and the first service information, and displaying the service state information of the vehicle using a user interface.
METHOD OF REGULATING OPERATIONS ON A RAILROAD TRACK
A system and device for communicating information to a train crew of a train is presented. The system links signals along the track directly to assorted operations centers for the transmission of customizable messages. The signal includes a plurality of light emitting diodes within a single flat screen. Information related to any of the following may be presented: wayside coloring patterns, track ownership, mileage indicators, radio communication information, track information, and a general message center. The screen is adjustable in its viewing patterns and may selectively adjust depending on the type of train approaching, the speed of approach, and current conditions.
ABNORMAL SITUATION ALARMING SYSTEM
An abnormal situation alarming system includes a detection unit that detects an abnormal situation, an acquisition unit that acquires, when the abnormal situation is detected, information representing the circumstances of the location where the abnormal situation occurred, a calculation unit that calculates the time allowable for handling the abnormal situation from a detection result of the abnormal situation and an acquisition result of the information, and an alarming unit that gives an alarm of the detection result of the abnormal situation and a calculation result of the time.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SCHEDULING TRACK MAINTENANCE
In one embodiment, a method includes generating a first visual representation of a location of a railroad station in relation to a railroad track, receiving a request for a first maintenance window, and determining that the first maintenance window is associated with the railroad station. The method further includes determining a first time period and generating a second visual representation of information associated with the railroad station during the first time period. The information includes an indication of a time that a train is scheduled to cross the railroad station during the time period. The information also includes an indication of a time duration for a second maintenance window that has been requested during the time period.
