Separable transport carts for sectional drain cleaner
Wheeled transport carts are described which are configured for transporting drain cleaning equipment such as drain cleaning machines and drain cleaning cable. The carts include engagement provisions that enable a drain cleaning machine to be affixed to the cart and preclude unintended separation from the cart during use or transport. The engagement provisions also enable the drain cleaning machine to be quickly and easily separated from the cart. Also described are methods of transporting such equipment using the carts. In addition, systems of the cart(s) with various equipment are described.
STABILIZING SYSTEM FOR USE WITH A REEL CART AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
Embodiments of the disclosure enable a cart to be stabilized. A stabilizing mechanism includes a body having a first surface and a second surface that define an elongated nook configured to receive a first rod member. A coupling device is coupled to the body at a third surface such that the coupling device is substantially parallel to the first and/or second surfaces. The coupling device defines an elongated channel configured to receive a second rod member. A wheel assembly is coupled to the body at a fourth surface and includes a first end portion, a second end portion, and a plurality of wheels rotatable about an axis of rotation. A first wheel is coupled to the first end portion, and a second wheel is coupled to the second end portion. Aspects of the disclosure provide for utilizing the cart to move a load across various terrains efficiently and effectively.
Baseboard Dispensing Assembly
A baseboard dispensing assembly includes a pair of plates including an upper plate and a lower plate. The upper plate is positioned on and attached to the lower plate. The upper and lower plates are rotatable with respect to each other. The upper plate has an upper surface and the lower plate has a lower surface. A securing member is attached to the upper surface and is configured to restrict the coil of the flexible baseboard from sliding off of the upper surface. The upper plate receives a coil of flexible baseboard such that the coil is uncoiled while the securing member retains the coil on the upper plate.
Reel adapter
An adapter for readily changing out and mounting cable reels having a central opening in a transport device, such as a dolly, includes a pair of male portions, each having a body having a projection extending therefrom. The projections have at least one high spot. A pair of female portions are configured for mating with the male portions and have at least one recess for receiving the male portions' projections. A pair of fasteners secure the respective male and female portions to each other. An axle extends between the male or female portions, through the reel central opening and the male or female portions are positioned on ends of the axle. The reel with the axle and the male or female portions is positioned in the reel trolley, with the male or female portions mated with the others of the male or female portions and the fasteners are installed between the respective male and female portions to secure the reel in the trolley.
Moveable Storage and Carrying Device
A mobile storage device that includes one or more coupling mechanisms. The mobile storage device includes one or more wheels coupled to one or more housings. The mobile storage device can be used on construction sites to help workers move and hold tools, equipment, and other material. The one or more coupling mechanisms are configured to engage with storage units, such as storage units within a modular system.
Double column stand
The invention provides a stand using two legs which are selectively elongated. Ideally, each leg has two spaced apart wheels allowing the stand to be readily moved. The legs are connected by a scissor member which allows the assembly to be collapsed for storage and easy movement. A receiver for a paper roll is attachable to the top of both legs. A roller, from which paper from the paper roll extends. The legs are manually extended either by hand or in concert using a winch assembly connected to both legs.
Accessory Connector
An accessory connector includes a disk having an upper end and a lower end, a front side and a back side. A hook is positioned at the upper end of the back side of the disk, and a foot is positioned at the lower end of the back side of the disk, and extending laterally away from the disk. An accessory is positioned on the front side of the disk, so that the accessory can be attached to a cart by attaching the accessory connector to the cart
Apparatus for transporting and dispensing wire or cable from a barrel pack
An apparatus for the movement of a barrel pack containing spooled wire or cable. The apparatus comprising a frame, a handle attached to the frame, a plurality of wheels rotatably attached to the frame, securing structures attached to the frame, the securing structures securing the barrel pack to the frame and a footage counting assembly attached to the handle. The footage counting assembly counts the amount of footage of wire or cable passing through the footage counting assembly.
Light weight pick cart
Various configurations of light weight pick carts are disclosed; some embodiments may alternate between a first configuration having two shelf racks and a second configuration having both a shelf rack and a flatbed. A first shelf rack has multiple accessory support units attached, having multiple different configurations to facilitate holding differing shapes, sizes, or weights of accessories. Swivel casters and multiple handle locations can enhance maneuverability; and proper selection of material and use of perforation and wire frames may reduce weight to ease operation. For stability, a removable second shelf rack may engage the first shelf rack using hooks, while a removable flatbed unit may engage the first shelf rack using notches. The second shelf rack provides more discrete storage locations, while the flatbed permits transportation of larger or heavier items. This versatility enhances the utility of the cart.
CONFIGURABLE CABLE DOLLY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT PULLEYS AND METHODS FOR USING SAME
Disclosed herein are a configurable cable dolly and pulleys and methods for using same. A cable dolly includes a frame including a pair of reel spool arm placement holes, a handle attached to a top part of the frame, a reel spool arm removeably positioned in the pair of reel spool arm placement holes, a pair of reel spool arm clamps attached to the frame, the pair of reel spool arm clamps configured to clamp the reel spool arm to the frame, a pair of wheels attached to the frame, and a base attached to the frame.
