Galley cart and galley system of an aircraft
A galley cart includes walls defining an interior cavity extending between a front and a rear of the galley cart and the interior cavity extending between a top end and a bottom end. A supply port is provided in flow communication with the interior cavity and a return port is provided in flow communication with the interior cavity. A barrier is positioned between the supply port and the return port within the interior cavity of the cart to define a supply chamber and a return chamber to control airflow through the interior cavity.
Beverage Serving Trolley
The present invention relates to a beverage serving trolley comprising a supporting structure, at least one wheel, a presentation basket being configured to receive beverage bottles and ice cubes, and a horizontally arranged top plate including a flat surface and a rim and being of a rectangular shape, wherein the top plate comprises a cutout that is configured to accommodate the presentation basket, wherein the top plate and the presentation basket are configured such that the presentation basket can be inserted into the cutout from the above and is removable from the cutout by lifting the presentation basket in an upward direction.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COOLING A CHILLED-GOODS CONTAINER
Disclosed is a cooling device (1), in particular for a galley of an aeroplane, comprising a cooling compartment (2) formed by inner walls (12, 13, 14, 15) of the cooling device, holding at least one refrigerated goods container (20), in particular a trolley, and further comprising a cooling air feed device (3) for introducing cooled air into the cooling compartment and a hot air discharge device (4) for discharging heated air (98) from the cooling compartment, wherein a primary flow channel is configured in use with the at least one refrigerated goods container (20) in the cooling compartment (2) between the inner walls (12, 13, 14, 15) of the cooling device and outer walls (22, 23, 24, 25) of the at least one refrigerated goods container (20), to guide a cooling air flow along a primary flow direction, deflected a plurality of limes through the arrangement of inner walls, from the cooling air feed device (3) around the at least one refrigerated goods container (20) to the hot air discharge device (4). According to the invention, the cooling air feed device (3) is configured to introduce the cooled air as jets into the primary flow channel along the primary flow direction (x), and in the cooling compartment (2) a secondary flow channel (9) is configured to return, as a secondary flow (9A), a portion (9A) of the cooling air flow guided through the primary flow channel around the at least one refrigerated goods container (20) into the primary flow channel for the purpose of mixing the introduced cooled air and forming a circulation flow (97) around the at least one refrigerated goods container (20) along the primary flow direction (x).
Trolley handling device, trolley cabinet, transportation means, and method of guiding a trolley
A trolley handling device for guiding a trolley into and out of a trolley stowage, comprising a trolley holder adapted to interact with and secure the trolley against displacement relative to the trolley holder in at least a first direction, and a guiding device comprising a first guiding element attached to the trolley holder and a second guiding element adapted to be provided on a structural part arranged near the stowage. The first and second guiding elements are configured to engage with each other and to guide the trolley between a first position, in which the trolley is essentially arranged inside of the stowage, and a second position, in which the trolley is at least partially arranged outside the stowage. The trolley, in its second position, is arranged offset relative to its first position in the first direction and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Dish Carrying Assembly
A dish carrying assembly for collecting and transporting entrée dishes includes a cart that has a plurality of rollers for rolling on a support surface. A canister is coupled to the cart has the canister extending upwardly from the cart and the canister has an entry to facilitate entrée dishes to be positioned within the canister. A lifting unit is integrated into the canister and the entree dishes can be stacked upon the lifting unit. The lifting unit is biased to travel upwardly in the canister thereby facilitating a user to remove a respective entrée dish from the canister without having to bend over. A door is slidably disposed on the canister for opening and closing the canister.
Collapsible buffet vehicle
The present invention relates to dining car technology field, it provides a collapsible buffet vehicle comprising a panel and a plurality of support feet, wherein the panel is detachably mounted on the plurality of support feet. A cross-bar is provided between at least a pair of opposite feet, both ends of the cross-bar being rotatably connected with the pair of opposite feet respectively, the cross-bar comprising at least two motion bars, a joint structure being provided between two neighboring motion bars to make these two motion bars foldable towards each other. The buffet vehicle of according to the present invention can be folded and unfolded by rotating the motion bars in the horizontal plane.
Collapsible Agile Refreshment Trolley (CART)
The present invention relates generally to a collapsible agile refreshment trolley (CART) that is able to expand and collapse either manually or automatically, to allow passageway of customers in the aisles (e.g. in an airplane, train, ship, bus, or other instance where a narrow region is present and should be circumvented, such as a passenger traveling to a restroom). The CART should be able to be reduced and expanded to allow passageway for emergency (e.g. attending to person having a medical condition after service has begun on the airplane), urgency (e.g. for a passenger in the front of the coach section to go the restroom past the service cart after the service has already begun), or other reasons (e.g. two carts, a drink cart and a food cart, need to pass each other in a narrow passageway, etc.).
