A hand truck includes a cart base for carrying an article and two handle modules pivotally mounted thereto. When the hand truck is in a first state, the cart base is horizontally positioned and one handle module is pivoted to an upright position. When the hand truck is in a second state, the cart base is kept upright, one of the handle modules is pivoted to a spread position, and the other one of the handle modules is horizontally positioned and cooperates with the cart base to carry the article. When the hand truck is in a platform state, the cart base is horizontally positioned, and the handle modules are pivoted to a downward extending position so that the cart base is away from the ground.

A child transport carrier includes a lower frame, an upper frame, a rear frame, and a first upper seat support. The lower frame includes a first end and a second end. The upper frame includes a first end and a second end. The rear frame extends from the second end of the lower frame to the second end of the upper frame. The first upper seat support includes a cross-member extending transversely across the first upper seat support and having a first end and a second end. The cross-member is configured to move the first upper seat support between a first seat position and a second seat position. The upper frame extends from an upper end of the rear frame and the lower frame extends from a lower end of the rear frame.

A cart and rack assembly for transporting a planar material includes a rack and a cart. The rack includes a frame coupled to a base. The frame has an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion has a first width, and the lower portion has a second width. The cart is configured to reversibly receive the base. The cart includes a guide member configured to guide either of the base or the cart into a predetermined position when the base is received by the cart. The assembly further includes a bracket having a first end and a second end which is configured to selectively secure the planar material to the assembly. The base has a series of apertures configured to accept the first end of the bracket. The second end of the bracket is configured to be selectively coupled with the upper portion of the frame.

Provided is a carrier including a handle and a load-carrying platform, which enables construction of a multi-tier assembly. A carrier includes caster mounting portions formed on a lower surface of a load-carrying platform, a handle that extends outward from a first side edge portion of the load-carrying platform and has an upper surface with an engaged portion being one of a recess and a through hole, and an engaging portion that projects downward from a lower surface of a second side edge portion opposed to the first side edge portion and is engageable with the engaged portion. Connection of a plurality of carriers achieves an integral and flat placement surface composed of placement surfaces, each being the upper surface of the load-carrying platform of the carrier.

A holding device, capable of floating, is removably attachable to a gunwale of a boat or other object and is comprised of a basket member having a base frame for holding cargo. A vertically oriented vertical frame member extends upwardly from the base frame and together with a hook assembly, forms a variable width J-shaped hook to hook the device onto the boat. A pair of wheels is attached to the basket member with their distance relative to the base frame being variable. The wheels allow ground transport of the device and also to provide a support for a lower portion of the device against the side of the boat. The wheels also create a pair of flotation members should the device become dropped into the water. A height adjustable handle can be used to pull the device on the ground surface.

A multi-functional luggage includes a first frame positioned such that an outer face of the first frame includes elements for engaging with the ground. A shopping cart basket comprises one or more modular baskets couplable to a bottom basket having a plurality of wheels extending downwardly to allow the shopping cart basket to roll. Each of the modular baskets has a foldable bottom wall that can act as a bottom of a separate basket or can be folded against a side wall of the modular basket. The modular baskets could be used to hold items within a smaller compartment, and can be combined with the bottom basket to form a roll-able shopping cart having a larger compartment. Such a cart is advantageously used in a store, such as a grocery store, a retail shopping mall, or a home improvement store.

The upper frame includes a first end and a second end. The rear frame extends from the second end of the lower frame to the second end of the upper frame. The first upper seat support includes a cross-member extending transversely across the first upper seat support and having a first end and a second end. The cross-member is configured to move the first upper seat support between a first seat position and a second seat position. The upper frame extends from an upper end of the rear frame and the lower frame extends from a lower end of the rear frame.
