BABY CARRIAGE BRAKE MECHANISM AND BABY CARRIAGE HAVING THE SAME
20230234629 · 2023-07-27 ·

The disclosure provides a baby carriage brake mechanism and a baby carriage. The baby carriage brake mechanism includes a frame, a brake drive assembly, linkage assemblies, brake locks and wheels. The brake drive assembly is disposed on the frame. The linkage assemblies are respectively slidably disposed on the frame on both of left and right sides. Both ends of the brake drive assembly are respectively in abutting connection with the two linkage assemblies. The linkage assemblies are coupled to the brake locks. Two wheels are respectively pivotally disposed at both sides of the frame. By driving the brake drive assembly to push the linkage assemblies to act with the brake locks, the brake locks on both sides are engaged with the wheels, thereby locking the wheels on both sides. Therefore, the baby carriage brake mechanism of the disclosure may brake wheels on both sides simultaneously with simple operation.

Brake assembly for robotic surgery system

A robotic surgery cart has a pair of rear wheel assemblies and a pair of front wheel assemblies. A brake assembly for the robotic surgery cart includes a gearbox interposed between and connected to the pair of rear wheel assemblies by rotatable shafts. Elongate actuators extend between and interconnect the rotatable shafts and brake mechanisms for the front wheel assemblies. A pedal lever is rotatably coupled to the gearbox and can rotate clockwise by pressing one portion of the pedal lever and can rotate counterclockwise by pressing another portion of the pedal lever. Rotation of the pedal lever causes the gearbox to rotate the rotatable shafts to substantially lock the pair of rear wheel assemblies, and substantially simultaneously causes a translation of the elongate actuators to actuate the brake mechanisms of the front wheel assemblies, such that the wheels of the front and rear wheel assemblies brake substantially simultaneously.

BALL WHEEL, ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE
20220388337 · 2022-12-08 ·

The present disclosure relates in general to a ball wheel, assembly and method of use for providing omni-directional rolling support to an article of manufacture such as, e.g., mechanics creepers, crates, carts, dollies, stretchers, gurneys, litters, beds, prams, transports, and luggage. One aspect of the present disclosure includes a ball wheel for a ball wheel assembly. The ball wheel comprises a roughly spherical shaped body having a plurality of features on an exterior surface of the body configured to assist the ball wheel in overcoming obstacles/debris in the surrounding environment and being used on uneven surfaces. Another aspect of the present disclosure includes a ball wheel assembly comprising the ball wheel. The ball wheel assembly may include a housing with an interior socket and shock absorber that allows the ball wheel to rotate therein while providing a cushioning effect. A still further aspect of the present disclosure includes a plurality of ball wheel assemblies mounted on an article of manufacture. Yet another aspect of the present disclosure is a method of using the ball wheel assembly on an article of manufacture. An intended purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a ball wheel and assembly for an article of manufacture that is designed to overcome obstacles/debris in the surrounding environment and being used on uneven surfaces via the combination of the cushioning effect of the shock absorber and the plurality of features of the ball wheel.

Stabilization device and method for stabilizing an attachment component

A stabilization device for stabilizing an attachment component relative to movements of a basic component which occur outside a permitted plane of movement. The attachment component and the basic component are connected via a stabilization arrangement that includes: a first compensation arrangement for compensating rotational movements of the basic component with respect to an intermediate component, about rotational axes lying in the plane of movement, including a first compensation device which can be actuated actively, a second compensation arrangement for compensating residual linear movements of the intermediate component in a compensation direction, perpendicular to the plane of movement, in relation to the attachment component, having a second compensation device which can be actuated actively, a plurality of inertial sensors assigned to the first and/or second compensation arrangement, and a control device for actuating the compensation devices for movement compensation as a function of sensor data of the inertial sensors.

DOLLY ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING LOCKING ASSEMBLIES FOR LOCKING CHILD DOLLY CAROUSELS

A dolly assembly includes a parent dolly including a support frame that defines a truck-receiving volume. A child dolly includes a support frame that is sized to be received within the truck-receiving volume. The child dolly includes a child dolly carousel. The parent dolly and the child dolly together include a locking assembly including a locking arm that prevents rotation of the child dolly carousel in a locked position.

Collapsible reusable watertight carrying cases are provided in sizes varying from small containers without wheels to large sealable container bins on wheels, to provide large quantities of water or other supplies and cargo. The cases are assembled or in disassembled from a joined flat space-saving configuration to a functioning case and vice-versa. The sides of the cases are erected progressively by hand by interlocking self sealing reciprocating channel and channel engaging members elements at the corners. The panels also disassemble progressively by being manually pulled apart. When folded into a flat storage or shipping configuration, the panels stay together, resisting unfolding by virtue of snaps which are either molded into the panels or bonded to them. The carrying cases are resistant to water, dirt, bacteria, molds, allergens, and inclement weather.
