Pulley assemblies for use in modular utility systems
A counterbalanced vertical track assembly which may be configured with three types of pulley support assemblies are herein disclosed. The first type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules having an elongate structural element interposed the two pulley modules which are attached to end plates at both ends of the elongate structural element. The second type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules which include male end connectors for demountable engagement of the pulley modules with another module of the system with female ends. The third type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules wherein the modules' pulley brackets are repositionable to varying angular orientations by alternating screw mount positions selected on mount components at opposite ends of an elongate structural element.
HANDLE JOINT BASE AND CARRIER CONTROL HANDLE
A handle joint base including a joint fixing base and a microswitch detachably connected thereto, wherein a trigger component is provided in the joint fixing base, and a trigger part of the trigger component is movable relative to the joint fixing base. The microswitch includes a contact for triggering the microswitch to be turned on or off. Part of the surface of the contact is exposed outside a housing of the microswitch and is arc-shaped. An outer wall surface of a first end of the trigger part is wedge-shaped. When the trigger part is pressed downward, the wedged-shaped outer wall surface abuts and presses the arc-shaped surface of the contact, driving the contact to move into the housing to trigger the microswitch to be turned on or off. Also disclosed is a carrier vehicle in a configuration of a pallet truck having the foregoing handle joint base.
Equipment transporter
Various devices and techniques related to equipment transporters are generally described. In some examples, an equipment transporter may comprise a first set of wheels rotatable around an axis of rotation and a body coupled to and rotatably supported by the first set of wheels such that the body is rotatable around the axis of rotation of the first set of wheels. The body may comprise a platform having an upper surface and extending in a first direction. The platform may have a distal end and a proximal end. The body may comprise a tab member located at the distal end of the platform and extending upward from the upper surface. In some examples, the tab member may comprise a pulling face having a first width. In some examples, the body may further comprise a riser located at the proximal end of the platform and extending upward from the upper surface.
CHASSIS CYLINDER FOR AN INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WITH A DRIVE WHEEL PRETENSIONED AGAINST THE GROUND
An industrial truck includes a vehicle frame and a drive unit. The drive unit includes a drive wheel movably mounted to the vehicle frame and a spring unit. The spring unit includes a hydraulic cylinder positioned between the vehicle frame and the drive unit and a switchable valve configured to define a blocked state. The spring unit is configured to pretension the drive wheel against a ground surface. When the switchable valve is in the blocked state, a one-sided movement of the hydraulic cylinder is blocked.
Motorized transpallet
A transpallet is provided for ground handling of goods stored on a support platform, comprising at least one motorized wheel, an electromechanical parking braking system of the wheel adapted to take on a stop configuration when not energized and a release configuration when energized and an electric power supply assembly adapted to supply electric power to the motorized wheel and to the electromechanical parking braking system. An on-board electronic control unit is arranged for the selective handling of the transpallet movement in a motorized mode of movement, a manual mode of movement or a stop mode, depending on the charge level of the electric power supply assembly.
Device for securing a material handling device in fixed location inside a transport vehicle and related method
A device for securing a material handling device in a transport vehicle comprises an arm supporting at opposite ends a first attachment member configured for attaching to a shaft of a handle of the material handling device, which is configured for steerably moving the material handling device, and a second attachment member configured for attaching to the transport vehicle. The arm is movable relative to the first attachment member between a working position in which the arm is arranged to extend outwardly from the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at a spaced location therefrom for connecting to the transport vehicle, so as to secure the material handling device in fixed relation to the transport vehicle, and a storage position in which the arm is arranged generally parallel to the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at or adjacent the shaft.
WHEEL KIT FOR MOVABLE STRUCTURE
A wheel kit for moving a structure on a surface. The wheel kit includes first wheel mounting brackets with first wheel assemblies and a second bracket wheel mounting bracket with a second wheel assembly. The first wheel assemblies are movable between first wheel assemblies first positions, in which first wheels engage the surface and raise the structure away from the surface, and first wheel assemblies second positions, in which the first wheels allow the structure to rest on the surface. The second wheel assembly is movable between a second wheel assembly first position, in which a second wheel engages the surface and raises the structure away from the surface, and a second wheel assembly second position, in which the second wheel allows the structure to rest on the surface. The second wheel assembly rotates about the second wheel mounting bracket to allow the second wheel to steer the structure.
LIFTER DEVICE
A lifter device includes a pole, a lifting member guided by the pole, a motor that generates power used for ascending and descending of the lifting member, a controller that controls the motor, a case that is fixed to at least a portion of the pole and accommodates the motor and the controller, a transmission mechanism that transmits the power of the motor to the lifting member, and a battery mounting portion that is provided on the case and to which a battery pack is mouted to supply power to the motor.
INDUSTRIAL TRUCK
An industrial truck including a drive frame, a load frame liftable with respect to the drive frame, a drive frame cover at least partly covering the drive frame, and a load frame cover at least partly covering the load frame. The drive frame cover includes a curved portion overlapping a load frame cover. The curved portion includes a curvature aligned with a curved movement path of the load frame cover with respect to the drive frame cover. A cover system including a first cover provided for at least partly covering a first part of an industrial truck, and a second cover provided for at least partly covering a second part of the industrial truck and movable with respect to the first part. The first cover includes a curved portion overlapping the second cover. The curved portion includes a curvature aligned with a curved movement path of the second cover.
