A system includes: a shopping cart having wheels; a navigation component mounted to the shopping cart, the navigation component having at least one processor and a memory, the navigation component having access to a map of a store; mounted to the shopping cart and configured to provide input to the navigation component, at least one of a sonar or an odometry unit, the navigation component generating a navigation signal using the input and the map; and a display device mounted to the shopping cart and coupled to the navigation component, the display device outputting path directions for the store based on the navigation signal.

A smart self-driving system includes a body, such as a piece of luggage, supported by a plurality of wheel assemblies. At least one wheel assemblies includes a wheel rotating motor configured to rotate a wheel of the wheel assembly to move the luggage in a given direction. At least one wheel assemblies includes a wheel orientation sensor configured to measure the orientation of the wheel. At least one wheel assembly includes a wheel orientation motor configured to orient the wheel in the given direction. The smart self-driving system is configured to move in forward direction that is different than a head direction of the body.
LIFT UNIT DOCKING SYSTEMS
A lift unit docking system includes a docking rail, a docking rail adapter, and a locking mechanism. The docking rail is configured to provide ingress and egress of a lift unit to and from an overhead rail, and includes a body defining a channel and an adapter receiving opening within the body. The docking rail adapter is repositionable relative to the adapter receiving opening of the docking rail and is configured to transport the lift unit into and out of the channel of the docking rail. The locking mechanism is repositionable between a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein the locking mechanism extends into the channel to block movement of a mounted lift unit toward the adapter receiving opening of the docking rail when in the locked position.
Automatic tracking shopping cart
The present disclosure provides an automatic tracking shopping cart. The automatic tracking shopping cart comprises an automatic tracking device. The automatic tracking device is fixed to a body of the shopping cart, operative to control movement of the shopping cart for tracking a target object. The automatic tracking device comprises: an image collection unit configured to collect a color image and a depth image of a field of image; a processing unit configured to identify the target object based on the collected color image and depth image, and determine a motion parameter of the shopping cart based on a position and/or movement of the target object; and a shopping cart driving unit configured to drive the shopping cart to move based on the determined motion parameter. A method for automatically controlling movement of a shopping cart to track a target object is also provided.

The wheel assembly includes an arm 51, a wheel 55, a power supply port 60, an electric motor 56 coupled to the wheel 55, and a motor controller 62 for controlling rotation of the electric motor 56. The method of controlling the motion of a motorized object includes defining a target position, sensing a current position of the motorized object and using an output from a processor to control the electric motors to drive the object toward the target position. The golf club storage and transport device 70 includes a body 71 for storing golf clubs and a pair of releasable wheels 75. The device 70 has an assembled configuration and a disassembled configuration.

A pallet moving system includes a pallet dolly puller, and a pallet dolly with a guiding structure thereon permitting and facilitating the blind engagement and disengagement of the dolly puller to the pallet. The dolly puller includes caster wheels, a handle, and at least one projecting portion configured to mateably couple with recessed portions on the underside of the pallet dolly in order that the pallet dolly may be moved and readily re-positioned even in confined spaces.

The present disclosure provides an automatic tracking shopping cart. The automatic tracking shopping cart comprises an automatic tracking device. The automatic tracking device is fixed to a body of the shopping cart, operative to control movement of the shopping cart for tracking a target object. The automatic tracking device comprises: an image collection unit configured to collect a color image and a depth image of a field of image; a processing unit configured to identify the target object based on the collected color image and depth image, and determine a motion parameter of the shopping cart based on a position and/or movement of the target object; and a shopping cart driving unit configured to drive the shopping cart to move based on the determined motion parameter. A method for automatically controlling movement of a shopping cart to track a target object is also provided.

A multi-use container with wheels, which includes: an opening; a base; lateral walls; end faces; a lower edge around the lateral walls and the end faces; at least two wheels coupled to each external face of the lateral walls, close to the lower edge of the lateral walls and the lower corners of the container; and recesses in the opening for receiving a lower part of the wheels of a container stacked on top. The base projects from underneath the lower edge.
