A storage assembly, including a headache rack to removably connect to a vehicle, at least one storage container removably connected to at least a portion of the headache rack to store at least one first item therein, and a plurality of mounting assemblies, each of the plurality of mounting assemblies including a support beam removably connected to at least a portion of a rear portion of the headache rack, a mounting beam perpendicularly disposed away from the support beam with respect to a first direction to connect to the vehicle, and a stabilizing beam angularly disposed away from the mounting beam toward the support beam with respect to a second direction different from the first direction to prevent the support beam and the headache rack from moving.

The present invention relates to a water vessel transport rack device primarily comprised of a frame that is further comprised of a front primary frame end, a rear primary frame end, a front secondary frame end and a rear secondary frame end. The front primary frame end and the rear primary frame end are identical in structure. Further, the front secondary frame end and the rear secondary frame end are identical in structure. The primary and secondary frame ends connect to one another, such that they form a plurality of surfaces that can be used to store a plurality of water vessels. Further, the device can be easily placed and secured within the bed of a pickup truck to allow a user to transport multiple water vessels while only using a single pickup.

In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to individually secure carts, racks, and the like within delivery vehicles using a universal clasping mechanism. The clasping mechanism is configured to clamp shut on a portion of the carts to thereby restrain the carts during transportation. In some embodiments, locking the clasping mechanism can be achieved by pushing a portion of the mechanism to thereby pivot arms of the mechanism to clamp on a portion of the cart.

An accessory rack system comprising a frame rail adapted to couple to a side wall of a cargo area and at least one post engageable with the frame rail. The frame rail comprises one or more frame rail locking features and a tonneau cover support portion adapted for supporting a tonneau cover over the cargo area. The at least one post comprises one or more post locking features extending from an end of the at least one post. One of the post locking features rotates into locking engagement with one of the frame rail locking features so that the at least one post is prevented from disengaging from the frame rail and/or prevented from longitudinal translation along the frame rail.

Disclosed herein is a modular safety rail and system for a flatbed platform, comprising first and second end post assemblies defining first and second ends of the safety rail; at least one intermediate post, each intermediate post comprising a first cable holder and a second cable holder; a cable configured to connect with the first end post assembly and the second end post assembly and configured to be removably positioned within and pass through the first cable holder and second cable holder of each intermediate post; and a cable winch connected to a first end of the cable and configured to spool and unspool the cable. A retractable truck bed closure is disclosed herein. The retractable truck bed closure comprises a pair of frames that extend across a truck bed between sidewalls of the truck bed. The closure may be moved between a stored configuration and an extended configuration along the pair of frames to open, and close, a portion of the truck bed, respectively. The frames may be attachable to the truck, or may be integrated into portions of the truck, such as the sidewalls of the truck bed or the rear of the cab of the truck.

A vehicle assembly includes, among other things, a cargo bed of a vehicle, a passenger side rail mounted to a passenger side wall assembly of the cargo bed, and a driver side rail mounted to a driver side wall assembly of the cargo bed. A crossbar is slidably coupled to the passenger and driver side rails. The crossbar is slidable along the passenger and driver side rails between a forward position and a rearward position. The crossbar is closer to a cab of the vehicle when the crossbar is in the forward position than when the crossbar is in the rearward position.

A vehicle tailgate adapter assembly includes a vehicle tailgate module, a plurality of first fasteners and an adapter plate. The vehicle tailgate module has a plurality of openings. The adapter plate has a plurality of first openings that correspond to the openings of the tailgate. The first openings and the openings of the tailgate receiving the first fasteners therethrough when the adapter plate is installed to the tailgate. The adapter plate has a plurality of second openings arranged to be offset of the first openings.

A safety rail system for a flatbed. The system is portable, installs and dismantles in minutes, and is adaptable to any flatbed trailer or truck having post mounting side pockets. The system collapses into a compact package for stowing and transport. The system utilizes existing post mounting side pockets to establish a fence line that supports one or more cable rails. The cable(s) of the cable rails are drawn taut to provide a firm barrier to protect equipment and personnel from falling off the edge of the flatbed.
