Powered hand truck and dolly system for ISO containers
The powered hand truck and dolly system for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) containers is a system for moving ISO containers. The system includes at least one dolly and a powered hand truck. The hand truck includes two booms that are vertical for storage and rotate into a horizontal position for engaging the container. The ends of the booms have shafts with cams for engaging standard twist lock connector receptacles on one end of the container. Each dolly also has a shaft with a cam for engaging a standard twist lock connector receptacle on the other end of the container. The dollies include bars that are vertical for storage and rotate into a horizontal position for connecting the dollies to one another such that their shafts are appropriately positioned to align with their associated connector.
All terrain, load carrying cart
An all-terrain, load carrying cart to transport items comprising: a housing; a set of all-terrain wheels mounted beneath the housing, where the set of all-terrain wheels allow transport over a variety of terrain; a motor fastened to the housing and coupled to the set of all-terrain wheels, where the motor is rechargeable; and a handle attached to an end of the housing on a telescopic post, where the handle includes a set of control functions to operate the motor and drive the set of all-terrain wheels. The housing includes a set of pockets to comprise the walls therefore providing additional storage for the cart.
Highly maneuverable steerable riding device for transporting loads
A riding device for transporting a load and a human with three sets of laterally spaced wheels, and a foot stand assembly suspended above the riding surface, wherein a user may stand on the foot stand assembly and steer the riding device. The device comprises a first set of swivel caster wheels, a second set of drive wheels, and a third set of foot stand assembly wheels connected with a frame and load bearing platform. The riding device preferably uses a battery as a power source, and is sized to fit through doorways, hallways, and into elevators so that it may be used inside or outside to transport tools or other equipment.
Material handling vehicle and system comprising such a vehicle
A material handling vehicle comprising: a chassis, comprising an upper surface arranged on a first loading surface, a plurality of components coupled thereto, including; a power source, a drive motor, at least one drive wheel powered by the drive motor, at least one stabilizing wheel, at least one object sensor for detecting objects in the vehicle surroundings, a wireless interface for communication with other system units, a control unit, and a navigation device. The chassis further comprises at least one opening, arranged at a lowermost portion of the chassis, and extending from a first side portion of the chassis. The one opening arranged to receive a material handling element, and comprises an upper abutment surface and sidewalls, extending along the extension of each opening. A material handling system comprises a group of material handling vehicles, the group comprises at least one of the vehicles and at least one forklift truck.
Cart Pusher, Mateable Carts, and Related Systems, Methods, and Devices
Various embodiments herein relate to powered pusher devices configured to push wheeled objects from one location to another. Further embodiments relate to wheeled objects such as carts for transporting items from one location to another. Other embodiments relate to platform powered pushers that can be coupled to a family of various wheeled objects.
Speed reducing device for carriage and driving device for carriage
A speed reducing device for a carriage includes: a base fixed to a carriage body; a carrier fixed to the base; a case to which a wheel is detachably attached; a reducer that is supported by the carrier, decelerates power input thereto, and transmits the power to the case to rotate the case; and a flange fixed to the base or the carriage body and separately provided from the carrier. The flange supports a brake unit that is for braking the power input to the reducer.
Steering responsive speed-controlled buggy
A steerable, self-propelled cart for safely delivering heavy loads, such as concrete, within job sites with unlevel, irregular, or sloped terrain. A cargo bucket is tiltable over front drive wheels for transporting and dumping cargo. Hydraulic drive motors driven by a hydraulic pump propel rear wheels at a selectable speed. Steering handlebars rotate a steering column that turns the rear wheels. A throttle cable extending from the handlebars controls the throttle setting by pivoting a throttle lever mounted on the hydraulic pump. Limiting linkages extend from flanges on an anchor bracket secured to the steering column to a bridge on the throttle lever. As the steering column rotates, the limit linkages are wound partially about it, pivoting the throttle lever by pulling on the bridge, reducing pump speed. Heavy steering displacements will retract the throttle lever to reduce cart speed notwithstanding the previous speed setting chosen by the operator via the cable.
