A tracked vehicle encompassing: a load subassembly; a drive track that is retained movably on the load subassembly in order to execute a motion along a circulation path of the drive track;

a linear motor, a stator of the linear motor being arranged in stationary fashion with respect to the load subassembly, and a rotor of the linear motor being arranged for motion together with the drive track, and/or the rotor being embodied in the drive track; the rotor having permanent magnets that are arranged in the drive track and are embodied for motion together with the drive track.

SUSPENDED UNDERCARRIAGE ASSEMBLY FOR A TRACK SYSTEM

A suspended undercarriage assembly connectable to a multi-member frame assembly of a track system includes a beam having a leading portion and a trailing portion, at least one support wheel assembly connectable to the beam, at least one of a leading resilient bushing assembly and a trailing resilient bushing assembly including a bushing having an opening defined therein and being shaped and dimensioned for promoting deformation of the bushing in at least one of a vertical direction and a lateral direction. The bushing is resiliently deformable to permit movement of the beam relative to the multi-member frame assembly in the vertical direction and in the lateral direction, and to resiliently bias the beam towards a rest position with respect to the multi-member frame assembly. A track system having the suspended undercarriage assembly is also provided.

MULTI-MEMBER FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR A TRACK SYSTEM

A multi-member frame assembly for a track system includes a pivot pin defining a pivot axis, a leading frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, and a trailing frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, the trailing frame member pivoting independently from the leading frame member. A resilient member is pivotally connected to the leading frame member and to the trailing frame member. The resilient member extends generally vertically between the leading frame member and the trailing frame member. A track system having a multi-member frame assembly is also described.
