Damping Stopper
20230228314 · 2023-07-20 ·

A damping stopper is interposed between two members axially displaced relative to each other and is provided with an elastic body which, when the interval between the two members decreases, is axially compressed by the two members and expands radially outward. In the elastic body, a second member suppressing the expansion is located in one axial region and attached to the outer periphery. When axially compressed by the two members, the elastic body expands while receiving resistance by the second member. The expanding elastic body contacts the side wall of one of the two members.

A dual-mode active rear-wheel steering device based on a multi-linkage mechanism, including: a steering angle control motor with a speed-reduction mechanism, a multi-linkage mechanism assembly for converting rotational motion of the steering angle control motor into linear motion of an end of the push rod, a steering actuating mechanism for converting linear motion of the multi-linkage mechanism assembly into rotation of a knuckle around a kingpin to make the rear wheels steer, a first electromagnetic pin puller and a second electromagnetic pin puller respectively configured to control a first extendable-retractable push rod assembly and a second extendable-retractable push rod assembly to work at a fixed or variable axial length. The device uses the steering angle control motor to drive the two rear wheels to turn in the same direction or opposite directions through the control of energized state of the two electromagnetic pin pullers.

Rack bush and steering mechanism

Provided is a rack bush capable of reducing an effect on the feeling of a steering operation. A rack bush (1) comprises: a rack bush 1 housed in a cylindrical housing (4), which supports a load applied to a rack bar (5) while allowing movement of the rack bar (5) in the direction of the axis (O) and can be freely expanded and contracted in the radial direction; and elastic rings (3) mounted on the bush body (2). The bush body (2) has mounting grooves (28), which are formed in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface (22) for mounting the elastic ring (3). An axis (P) of the mounting groove (28) are shifted from the axis (O) of the bush body (2). By this arrangement, there are formed an elastic ring protruding part (10), where the elastic rings (3) protrude greatly from the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2), and an elastic ring embedded part (11), where the elastic rings (3) are embedded in the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2).
