A vertical bicycle rack is described with an adjustable tire cradle to provide optimal support to bicycles having different widths of tires. The adjustable tire cradle has two tire retention members that may be moved with respect to one another to change the distance between them to match a desired tire size. The adjustable cradle reduces movement of a bicycle tire in the cradle during use and reduces movement of and damage to bicycles stored in the rack. The tire retention members may be attached to the bicycle rack by separate brackets, one of which may be movable. The tire retention members may also be supported on the same bracket provided with a mechanism for moving one or both of the tire retention members to alter the distance between them.

A bike securing apparatus (100) having a vertical member (1), a first engagement member (2), that coupled to the vertical member (1) and comprises a means for attaching to a bicycle pedal (63); and an anti-rotation member (3), that coupled to the vertical member (1) or the first engagement member (2), and has a means for attaching to a bicycle (6). The first engagement member (2) is configured to attach to the bicycle pedal (63) and limit movement of the bicycle pedal (63), and the anti-rotation member (3) is configured to attach to the bicycle (6) at a location other than said bicycle pedal (63) and limit rotation of a said bicycle (6) about the first engagement member (2).

A bike securing apparatus (100) having a vertical member (1), a first engagement member (2), that coupled to the vertical member (1) and comprises a means for attaching to a bicycle pedal (63); and an anti-rotation member (3), that coupled to the vertical member (1) or the first engagement member (2), and has a means for attaching to a bicycle (6). The first engagement member (2) is configured to attach to the bicycle pedal (63) and limit movement of the bicycle pedal (63), and the anti-rotation member (3) is configured to attach to the bicycle (6) at a location other than said bicycle pedal (63) and limit rotation of a said bicycle (6) about the first engagement member (2).

A support stand for supporting a bicycle includes a base, and a pair of lateral support members extending upwardly from the base in opposed relation to each other to define a wheel receiving channel therebetween. The wheel receiving channel extends along a channel axis. A pair of flanges extend from respective ones of the pair of lateral support members, with the pair of flanges being arranged so as to be engageable with respective opposed portions of the bicycle frame to support the bicycle frame with the rear wheel off the ground.

A system comprising a lever-actuated lock for removable motorcycle stand handle. The motorcycle stand has a removable handle configured to attach to a primary receiver extending outwardly away from a U-shaped stand frame such that when the removable handle is secured to the primary receiver the motorcycle stand is configured to lift an end of a motorcycle off a surface. A system comprising a lever-actuated lock for removable motorcycle stand handle. The motorcycle stand has a removable handle configured to attach to a primary receiver extending outwardly away from a U-shaped stand frame such that when the removable handle is secured to the primary receiver the motorcycle stand is configured to lift an end of a motorcycle off a surface. A quick-release clamp for a vehicular mount or rack having a rigid stationary first jaw with a clamping surface, and a rigid second jaw opposite with a clamping surface oriented to face the first jaw clamping surface. The second jaw is movable between an open and a closed position relative to the first jaw, where the closed position is capable of retaining one or more objects to be clamped transversely between said jaws. A lever, attached to a variable tensioning system operates to open and close the jaws when sufficient force is applied to overcome the tension of the tensioning system.

A payload device capable of attaching to a host-bicycle and carrying a payload-bicycle or other cargo objects includes a back-section, a base, payload-securing components, and mounting-components. The back-section includes a vertically extending structure and the base includes a horizontally extending structure, and a bottom edge of the back-section is adjacent to a back edge of the base. The base has an elongated opening shaped and dimensioned to accommodate a wheel of the payload bicycle. The payload-securing components are capable of removably attaching the wheel of the payload bicycle or other cargo objects to the back-section. The mounting components are capable of removably attaching the payload device to the host bicycle.

A payload device capable of attaching to a host-bicycle and carrying a payload-bicycle or other cargo objects includes a back-section, a base, payload-securing components, and mounting-components. The back-section includes a vertically extending structure and the base includes a horizontally extending structure, and a bottom edge of the back-section is adjacent to a back edge of the base. The base has an elongated opening shaped and dimensioned to accommodate a wheel of the payload bicycle. The payload-securing components are capable of removably attaching the wheel of the payload bicycle or other cargo objects to the back-section. The mounting components are capable of removably attaching the payload device to the host bicycle.
