BICYCLE PARKING LOCK APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SAME
The present invention relates to a bicycle parking lock apparatus adapted for locking a crank of the bicycle. The apparatus includes a primary lock part and a secondary lock part movable reciprocatingly relative to the primary lock part. The primary lock part defines a recess adapted to receive the crank. The recess is provided with a sidewall such that when the crank is received in the recess, an outboard side of the crank at a first end thereof is shielded by the sidewall. The secondary lock part is adapted to hold the crank in position in cooperation with the primary lock part.

RACK FOR SUPPORTING A BICYCLE IN A GENERALLY UPRIGHT POSITION
A rack for supporting a bicycle in a generally upright position, the rack comprising a frame comprising a curb bar; and the curb bar comprising a mounting surface for exerting a counterbalancing force on a crank assembly of the bicycle to frictionally hold the bicycle in the generally upright position. When the bicycle is supported by the curb bar, the bicycle is positioned relative to the rack for securing the bicycle to the rack. The curb bar exerts a counterbalancing force on the pedal axle or the pedal of the bicycle. The counterbalancing force may be a frictional force or a torque. Bicycles can be supported on either side of the rack, the bicycles facing in either a forward or reverse direction. The bicycle may be secured to the rack at multiple points.
Driving device for an electric bicycle with electronic anti-theft device and method of control
A driving device for an electric vehicle includes a pedal shaft, first and second electric motors, an output shaft, and a superposition transmission whose gear ratio is steplessly adjustable by way of the electric motors. The transmission also couples the pedal shaft and the output shaft to each other. A torque generated by the first electric motor and/or the second electric motor can be at least partially transmitted to the output shaft. The driving device further includes an electronic anti-theft device used to lock the bicycle. When locked, at least one of the electric motors is operable to generate a torque that counteracts a rotation of the pedal shaft in a forward direction of rotation to inhibit theft of the bicycle.

ELECTRIC BICYCLE
An electric bicycle includes a bicycle body, a pedal shaft rotatably installed on a pedal shaft support of the bicycle body, a driving sprocket rotatably installed on the pedal shaft, and a clutch device configured to connect the pedal shaft and the driving sprocket to enable power transmission or release the connection between the pedal shaft and the driving sprocket.

BICYCLE WITH INTEGRATED ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM
Bicycle sub-assembly with integrated anti-theft system, for providing a bicycle with an integrated anti-theft capability, the bicycle sub-assembly including a support frame for operatively receiving constituting component(s) of the bicycle, and a blocking assembly being operatively mountable onto the support frame, adjacent to a corresponding bore associated with the support frame for receiving a corresponding spindle of the bicycle, the blocking assembly having at least one blocking mechanism being operatively cooperable with said spindle, the blocking assembly being selectively operable by an authorized user of the bicycle between a first configuration where the at least one blocking mechanism allows the spindle to rotate along an intended mode of the bicycle, and a second configuration where the at least one blocking mechanism operatively interacts with the spindle to prevent it from rotating along the aforementioned intended mode of the bicycle, so as to impede an unauthorized use of the bicycle.

Bicycle parking stand for locking a bicycle to the stand comprising an electronic lock
Present invention relates to a bicycle parking stand (1) for locking a bicycle to the stand (1). It comprises a bottom section (A) with a top section (B) fixed on top, a gate (E) hinged to bottom section (A) and top section (B) and an electronic unit (G) fixed inside top section (B). Electronic unit (G) comprises an electronic lock (H) with a latch (P) and a printed circuitry board (I) with an antenna placed underneath window (J) enabling operation of stand (1) by an electronic device. Stand (1) further comprises clamping means for releasable clamping a crankarm (V) to the clamping means. Gate (E) adapted to move from an open to a closed position where striker-plate (F) fixed to gate (E) engages latch (P) of the electronic lock (H) thereby preventing gate (E) from opening and the bicycle pulled out of the clamping means.
