Bicycle Locking Device
A bicycle locking device for securing a bicycle to a stationary object includes a housing, which defines an interior space. A cable is positioned in the interior space and has a first terminus, which is engaged to the housing. The cable is selectively extensible through a hole positioned in the housing. The cable is insertable through at least one element of an item, such as bicycle, and around a stationary object, so that a second terminus of the cable reaches the housing. A locking unit is engaged to the housing and selectively engages the second terminus the cable to secure the item to the stationary object. A biometric authenticator is engaged to the housing and is operationally engaged to the locking unit. The biometric authenticator authenticates a physiological characteristic of a user, positioning the biometric authenticator to signal the locking unit to release the cable.

Container Saddle
A container saddle includes a saddle member and a mounting arrangement provided at the saddle member for mounting the saddle member at a riding apparatus such as seated vehicle. The saddle member includes a seat base having a storage compartment, and a seat cover, having a top seating surface, selectively coupled to an upper side of the seat base between an opened position to expose the storage compartment and a closed position to enclose the storage compartment.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REGULATING VEHICLE ACCESS
A method for regulating vehicle access comprises receiving, from an electronic device of a user, a request to access a vehicle. The vehicle can be disposed at a designated geographic location. Next, geographic information of the user is received from the electronic device. The geographic information is determined with the aid of the electronic device of the user. The user is then provided access to the vehicle if, based on the received geographic information, a geographic location of the user is within a given distance from the designated geographic location of the vehicle.
THEFT PREVENTION SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC BICYCLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An electric bicycle theft prevention system for preventing theft of an electric bicycle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a motor unit, a sensor unit, a controller, and an alarm unit. The motor unit is a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and is configured to rotate wheels of the electric bicycle by receiving power from an electric storage unit. The sensor unit is configured to detect a position of a rotation shaft or a rotor of the motor unit. The controller is configured to control the motor unit and the sensor unit. The alarm unit is configured to generate an alarm by an electrical signal of the control unit. In addition, when a theft prevention function is activated in an unused state of the electric bicycle, the controller monitors a sensor value of the sensor unit to detect a movement of the electric bicycle.
An electric bicycle theft prevention control method of an electric bicycle theft prevention system for preventing theft of an electric bicycle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a theft prevention function activating operation, an electric bicycle movement detecting operation, an alarm operating and wheel locking operation, an alarm operation and wheel lock cancelling operation. In the theft prevention function activating operation, a theft prevention function of the electric bicycle is activated by a user in an unused state of the electric bicycle. In the electric bicycle movement detecting operation, a controller monitors a sensor value of a sensor unit to detect a movement of the electric bicycle after the theft prevention function is activated. In the alarm operating and wheel locking operation, when the controller determines that the electric bicycle is moving in the electric bicycle movement detecting operation, an alarm is operated and wheels of the electric bicycle are locked. In the alarm operation and wheel lock cancelling operation, the controller detects whether the sensor value of the sensor unit is greater than a predetermined set value in the alarm operating and wheel locking operation, and when it is detected that the sensor value of the sensor unit is smaller than the predetermined set value, the alarm operation and wheel lock are cancelled.
