A mud flap assembly includes a mud flap with a mounting surface and an exposed surface, where the exposed surface is on an opposite side of the mud flap from the mounting surface. A foam tape is adhesively mounted to the mounting surface and a spring clip contacts the exposed surface of the mud flap when the mud flap is mounted to a vehicle so as to compress the foam tape.

The arcuate sheet extends through the central aperture to reach above a top side of the frame and the flanges abut a bottom side of the frame. A mud guard is coupled to the rectangular frame through the first flange of the arcuate sheet, such that the mud guard extends from the first flange away from the second side of the frame. The frame and mud guard may be made of plastic, and may be configured to absorb assembly forces to avoid damaging the CF fender arch.

Fender assemblies are disclosed, each including a rectangular frame defining a central aperture. The perimeter of the central aperture may have a rounded-rectangle shape. A fender arch in the form of an arcuate sheet, e.g., of carbon fiber (CF), terminates on either end at respective first and second flanges extending outward to form a planar base. The arcuate sheet extends through the central aperture to reach above a top side of the frame and the flanges abut a bottom side of the frame. A mud guard is coupled to the rectangular frame through the first flange of the arcuate sheet, such that the mud guard extends from the first flange away from the second side of the frame. The frame and mud guard may be made of plastic, and may be configured to absorb assembly forces to avoid damaging the CF fender arch.

A bike cargo rack includes a platform and a movable body movably and releasably connected to the platform. The movable body includes a first stop adapted to be restrained by a first end of the platform. The movable body includes a second stop abutted by a second end of the platform after the first end of the platform restraining the first stop. The saddle-ride type vehicle includes a rear frame fastened to a frame portion of a rear portion of a vehicle body frame, and a rear suspension disposed at a rear portion of the vehicle body frame. The vehicle body frame includes a tubular member inserted into the frame portion in a vehicle width direction and fixed to the frame portion. The rear frame is fastened by a frame fastener to a frame fixation portion provided at an inner end portion of the tubular member in the vehicle width direction, and the rear suspension is connected to a suspension connecting portion provided at an outer end portion of the tubular member in the vehicle width direction.

A saddle-ride type vehicle in which a fender can be attached to the fork tubes without welding on the fender, and the fender can be attached easily. The saddle-ride type vehicle includes a fender fixed to the fork tubes and covering a front wheel from above, a bracket supporting the fender from an inside of the fender, a bolt that fastens the fender to the fork tubes, a fender stay provided at the fork tubes, and an inner fixing member having a shaft shape and inserted into the bracket and the fender from the inside of the fender. The inner fixing member is fastened to the bolt inserted into the fender stay from an outside in a vehicle width direction, and the fender is held between the fender stay and the bracket on an axis of the inner fixing member by fastening force of the bolt.
