A vehicle lamp includes: a light source; an optical member configured to form a predetermined light distribution pattern by radiating light; and a controller configured to adjust the predetermined light distribution pattern so as to include a first non-irradiation range in which an object outside a vehicle is not irradiated with the light when the object is detected. The controller is configured to define the first non-irradiation range based on a case where a vehicle body is in a straight traveling state. When the vehicle body is in a cornering state, the controller is configured to acquire height information of the object in accordance with a tilting state of the vehicle body, define a second non-irradiation range narrower than the first non-irradiation range based on the height information, and adjust the predetermined light distribution pattern so as to include the second non-irradiation range instead of the first non-irradiation range.

A headlamp includes a high beam lamp unit configured to form a high beam light distribution pattern, a cornering lamp configured to form a side light distribution pattern, and a lamp control unit configured to control the high beam lamp unit and the cornering lamp so as to adjust the high beam light distribution pattern and the side light distribution pattern. At least one of the high beam light distribution pattern and the side light distribution pattern includes a first region including a target object and a second region other than the first region. When an external sensor detects the target object, the lamp control unit adjusts the high beam light distribution pattern and the side light distribution pattern so that at least the second region is irradiated with light.
Vehicle lamp and vehicle system
A vehicle lamp includes: a light source that emits a light; an optical member including a lens that irradiates the light from the light source to a front of the vehicle lamp and forms a predetermined light distribution pattern including a plurality of regions; and a controller that, when an object outside the vehicle is detected, adjusts the predetermined light distribution pattern so as not to irradiate at least one first region including the object among the plurality of regions with the light. When the vehicle body is in a cornering state, the controller acquires inclination information of the vehicle body, determines whether there is a second region that does not exceed a reference line, based on the inclination information, and when determining that there is the second region, irradiates the second region with the light even when the object is included in the second region.

A light emitting device for a leaning vehicle, including a pair of cornering lamps, including a first cornering lamp and a second cornering lamp, that emit light to form a single left-front light emission area and a single right-front light emission area, and a control device that controls light emission by the pair of cornering lamps based on a lean angle of the vehicle body. The control device is configured to cause a first quantity of light and a second quantity of light, which are respectively a quantity of light outputted from the at least one light source included in the first cornering lamp and in the second cornering lamp, respectively, to vary in accordance with the lean angle of the vehicle body, such that each of the single left-front light emission area and the single right-front light emission area becomes larger as the lean angle of the vehicle body increases.
Light emitting device
A light emitting device for a leaning vehicle, including a pair of cornering lamps, including a first cornering lamp and a second cornering lamp, that emit light to form a single left-front light emission area and a single right-front light emission area, and a control device that controls light emission by the pair of cornering lamps based on a lean angle of the vehicle body. The control device is configured to cause a first quantity of light and a second quantity of light, which are respectively a quantity of light outputted from the at least one light source included in the first cornering lamp and in the second cornering lamp, respectively, to vary in accordance with the lean angle of the vehicle body, such that each of the single left-front light emission area and the single right-front light emission area becomes larger as the lean angle of the vehicle body increases.

A vehicle lamp provided in a vehicle that travels at a corner by tilting a vehicle body includes: a light source unit; a sensor configured to detect information on outside of the vehicle; and a housing that houses the light source unit and the sensor. The vehicle lamp is disposed at a central portion of the vehicle body in a left-right direction, and wherein the sensor is disposed in the housing at a central portion in the left-right direction.

An adaptive illuminating headlight is provided. The adaptive illuminating headlight includes a stator structure, a rotor structure, a driver, a light emitting unit, an optical assembly, and a control unit, and is installed on a vehicle for use. The rotor structure is configured to rotate relative to the stator structure and has a carrying surface. The driver is arranged between the stator structure and the rotor structure to drive the rotor structure. The light emitting unit is arranged on the carrying surface to emit an illumination light beam. The optical assembly is configured to allow the illumination light beam to project outwardly so as to produce an illumination pattern. The control unit is configured to control the driver to operate according to a posture change of a vehicle body, such that the light emitting unit is driven by the rotor structure to rotate through a predetermined angle.
Horizontal lighting pattern adjustment system for a vehicle headlight
A headlight horizontal lighting pattern adjustment system includes an inclination angle sensor connected to a vehicle to sense an inclination angle value of the vehicle. A processing unit receives the inclination angle value and processes the inclination angle value into a driving value. A driving module drives a lighting device. The driving module commands the driving device to driving and rotate the lighting device according the driving value. The headlight horizontal lighting pattern adjustment system is equipped to a motorbike or an electric motorbike. When the motorbike turns and tilt, the processing unit adjusts the light of the lighting device by the driving module and the driving device to eliminate dark corners in the dark zone and maintains the full scale of light pattern to enhance safety to all the road users.
