Vessel for cleaning waste in shallow waters
The invention relates to a boat (1) for servicing shallow canals, lakes, and rivers configured for extracting, cutting, grinding, and casting plant waste, solid waste, or agricultural plantation harvest and sending what is harvested to shore, and comprising an extractor belt (3) configured for extracting the plant waste which is deposited on a horizontal conveyor belt (9) to a grinding mill (4); and further comprising at least one drive turbine (5) and a directional stack (6).
MARINE WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS USING SATELLITE IMAGE
A marine waste disposal apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprise a satellite image processing unit that receives satellite images to identify and locate marine waste, and generates a map of marine waste, a waste change reasoning unit for receiving at least one or more pieces of information selected from the group consisting of tide, temperature, wind direction/speed, seawater flow, and wave height information to reason changes in the marine waste map, a ship control and management units that control general ships and control waste disposal ships based on marine waste maps.

Jettison device for a ship, platform or other vessels
A jettison device isolates an object, particularly a potentially hazardous object on a ship, platform or similar object. The jettison device includes a housing with an opening configured to face towards an outside region, and a container configured to hold one or more of the objects. The jettison device further includes a container lock and a container jettison. A ship, platform or other vessel includes at least one of the jettison devices above and at least one jettison device arranged in or near a hull surface with the opening facing a region outside the hull surface.

Exhaust gas treatment apparatus, ship, and exhaust gas treatment method
An exhaust gas treatment apparatus and method that absorbs gas by bringing the gas and a liquid into contact with each other has a plurality of scrubbers that each include an absorption tower main unit in which an internal space is formed. A spray apparatus sprays liquid in a predetermined vertical region of the internal space, and a gas supply apparatus introduces the gas into the absorption tower main unit. A number of first passages branch from a pipe supplying the liquid to the exhaust gas treatment apparatus and are connected to the spray apparatuses of the scrubbers. A number of second passages branch from a pipe supplying the gas to the exhaust gas treatment apparatus and are connected to the gas supply apparatuses of the scrubbers.
WASTE CONTAINER AND VALVE APPARATUS THEREFOR
Aspects of the present disclosure provide waste containers for waste management on a vehicle, such as a watercraft. A waste container for use on a vehicle may include at least one wall comprising an inner surface defining a chamber for holding waste, and a plurality of projections projecting from the inner surface of the at least one wall into the chamber. Aspects of the present disclosure also provide valve apparatuses for controlling flow of waste into or out of a waste container. Such a valve apparatus may include a non-dismantlable valve body defining a flow channel for conveying waste, and at least one check valve secured within the flow channel and configured to allow waste to flow from an inlet to an outlet of the flow channel and to prevent waste from flowing from the outlet to the inlet.
